Özet

Kronik ürtikerli hastalarda Otolog serum deri ve plazma deri testleri sonuçları arasındaki ilişkiyi değerlendirmek için 50 kronik ürtikerli hasta ele alındı ve sonuçları 20 sağlıklı birey ile karşılaştırıldı.Kronik ürtikerli hastalarda ve sağlıklı kontrol grubunda, her iki koldan uygulanan otolog serum ve plazmanın intradermal injeksiyonu ile oluşan eritemli papül çapı değerlendirildi. Sonuç olarak 50 KÜ'li hastanın 23'nde (%46) OSDT, 36'sında (%72) OPDT pozitif olarak saptandı. Sağlıklı kontrol grubunun 3'ünde (% 15) OSDT ve OPDT pozitif olarak saptandı. OPDT pozitifliği KÜ'li hastalarda OSDT'ye göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı şekilde yüksek bulundu (p=0,001). Hem OSDT hem de OPDT pozitifliği KÜ'li hastalarda sağlıklı kontrol grubuna göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı şekilde yüksek bulundu (sırasıyla p=0,015 ve p=0,000)KÜ olguları yaş, cinsiyet, hastalık süresi, ürtiker aktivite skoru, papül çapı açısından karşılaştırıldığında; OSDT pozitif hastalara göre oluşan papül çapı OPDT pozitif grupta daha fazla bulundu (p=0,000). To assess the relationship between ASST and APST results in patients with chronic urticaria (CU) were taken 50 patients with CU into study and their results were compared with of 20 healthy individuals.Autologous serum and plasma were intradermally injected to the arms of both patient groups consisting of patients with CU and healthy control subjects and the diameters of formed erythematous papules were evaluated. In group of 50 patients with CU, ASST was positive in 23 patients (46%) and APST was positive in 36 patients (72%). In the healthy control group ASST and APST were positive in three patients (15%). In patients with CU, APST positivity was found statistically significantly higher compared to ASST. In patients with CU, both ASST and APST positivity were found statistically significantly higher compared to the healthy control group.When patients with CU were compared based upon the age, gender, duration of disease, urticaria activity score (UAS) and diameter of papules, in the group of APST-positive patients diameter of papules were greater compared to ASST positive ones. In APST and ASST-positive patients in terms of the diameter of the papules there was a significant difference in favor of women.ASST and APST positivity interpreted as increased in patients with CU with increasing age and statistically supported findings were observed. In terms of UAS and the duration of the disease any significant differences wasn?t observed between the groupsWhen evaluating autoimmunity in etiopathogenesis of chronic urticaria patients we think APST more efficient as an alternative to ASST application. İf this application is supported by further studies, the exact role of clotting factors will be determined and this will lead to new horizons and treatment alternatives in this disease.
