Özet
EK-1“ MENKUL KIYMETLERİN ZÎYAI VE İPTALİ ”ÖZET İncelemenin konusu“ menkul kıymetlerin ziyaı ve iptali ”dir. Konunun seçiminde 30 Temmuz 1981 tarihli Sermaye Pi yasası Kanunu ile başlayan sermaye piyasası hareketi ve bunun sonucunda menkul kıymet türlerinin tedavülünün artması önemli etken olmuştur. İnceleme dört ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. Bu bölümler de ise öncelikle ilgili kavram ve konular belirlenmiş ve daha sonra menkul kıymetlerin ziyaı ve iptali usulü ayrıntılı şekilde incelenmiştir. Son olarakta iptalin sonuçları üzerinde durulmuştur. Kısaca özetlemek gerekir ise menkul kıymetlerin ziyaı ve iptalinde; iptal müessesesi yoluyla menkul kıymet ile onda mündemiç hakkın bağlılığı ortadan kalkmakta ve zayi eden hak sahibi, hakkını, senetsiz talep ve dermeyan edebildiği gibi yeni bir senet düzenlenmesini de talep edebilmektedir. Ayrıca, inceleme içerisinde olması gereken hukuk açısından yeni önerilerde getirilmiştir.

EK- 2“ CANCELLATION AND DEPLETION OF STOCK AND SHARES ”SUMMARY The subject of the study is about cancellation and depletion of stocks and shares. To the selection of this subject, the capital market movement; which was started whith the capital market act at the date of 30 July 1981; which cause the incraese in types of stock and share, is the important effect. The study consist of four main part. In these parts, firstly, concerning concept and subjects are examined carefully and therefore the produce of the concellation and depletion of stocks and shares is examined detaily. Finally; the result of the canccellation is examined. If it is summarized briefly; cancellation and depletion of stocks and shares; by means of the institution of cancel lation; the relation between the stock and share and right which is contained on it are cancelled and a person who deplete stock and share can request and adduce his right without bond and he also request.
