Özet
Bu çalışmada Türkiye'de yayılış gösteren Stachys cinsi infrarosularis seksiyonuna ait S. cataonica, S. pumilia, S. petrokosmos, S. amanica, S. rupestris, S.citrina, S. maraschica türlerinin taksonomisi, morfolojisi, anatomisi ve palinolojisi incelenmiştir. Bu seksiyon Türkiye'ye endemiktir. S. maraschica 2008 yılı içerisinde bilim dünyasına tanıtılan yeni bir türdür. Morfolojik incelemelerde; bitki boyu, bitki dallanma durumu, tüylülük, taban ve gövde yaprak şekilleri, yaprak boyu ve eni, brakte boyu ve eni, kaliks boyu ve tüylülüğü, vertisillat sayısı, vertisillatlardaki çiçek sayısı, korolla boyu özellikleri incelenmiş ve sistematik değerleri tartışılmıştır. Anatomik olarak gövde, yaprak ve yaprak sapı anatomisi incelenmiştir. Palinolojik çalışmalarda ışık mikroskubu ve elektron mikroskobu kullanılmış ve polenlerin morfolojisi, polar axisi, ekvatoral axisi, exin ve intin zar kalınlıkları, kolpus boyu, kolpus eni, T değeri, AMB çapı incelenmiştir. Yapılan incelemelerde Stachys cinsine ait türlerin karakteristik özellikleri tanımlanmış, morfoloji ve polen deskripsiyonları yazılmıştır. Yapılan çalışmalar sonucunda Stachys rupestris ve Stachys cataonica cinsine ait iki yeni varyete tespit edilmiştir.

In this study S. cataonica, S. pumilia, S. petrokosmos, S. amanica, S. rupestris, S.citrina, S. maraschica which are the species of Stachys genus were examined from the point of view of their taxonomycal, morphologycal, anatomycal, palynological properties. This section is endemic for Turkey. S. maraschica is a new species, introduced to science world in year 2008. In morphologycal investigations, properties of the plants such as; length of plant, form of branching, hairiness, shape of basal and stem leaves, length and breadth of leaves, shape and length of bract, length of calyx and calyx teeth, hairiness condition of calyx, number of verticillate, number of flowers in verticillates, length of corolla were examined and findings were discussed in terms of systematical values. In anatomycal studies structure of leaves, petiole and stem were examined. In the study light microscopy and electron microscopy were used for details and morphological structure of pollens, polar axis, equatorial axis, length of colpus, thickness of colpus, T value, diameter of AMB, exin and intin thickness of membrane were examined. In the current study, the caracteristics of infrarosularis sections of Stachys genus were observed, morphology and polen descriptions were written. According to results, two new variety examined which belong to Stachys rupestris and Stachys cataonica.
