ÖZET İLKOKUL Ö?RETMENLERİNİN SINIF TEFTİŞİ İLE İLGİLİ İLKÖ?RETİM MÜFETTİŞLERİNDEN BEKLENTİLERİ AKBABA, SADEGÜL Yüksek Lisans Tezi, Eğitim Bilimleri Anabilim Dalı Tez Yöneticisi: Dr. Meral Boşgelmez Ağustos, 1993, 93 Sayfa Bu çalışmanın amacı ilkokul öğretmenlerinin sınıf teftişlerinde ilköğretim müfettişlerden beklentileri ve bu beklentilerin cinsiyete, eğitim durumuna, teftiş sayısına ve meslek yaşantısına göre anlamlı farklılık gösterip göstermediğin in araştırılmasıdır. Araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen anket Ankara'da beş bölgeden seçilen 27 okuldan 501 ilkokul öğretmenine uygulandı. Verilerin toplanmasından sonra t-testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi ve kay-kare SPSSPC/+ programı kullanılarak veriler analiz edildi. İlkokul öğretmenlerinin beklentilerinde cinsiyetegöre anlamlı farklılık bulundu. Diğer taraftan teftiş sayısına, eğitim durumuna ve mesleki tecrübeye göre beklentilerde anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmadı.

ABSTRACT THE EXPECTATIONS OF THE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHERS FROM PRIMARY EDUCATION SUPERVISORS ON CLASSROOM SUPERVISION AKBABA, SADEGÜL M.S. In Educational Sciences Supervisor: Dr. Meral Boşgelmes August, 1993, 93 Pages The purpose of this study was to investigate the expectations of the elementary school teachers from primary education supervisors on classroom supervision with respect to their sex, Job experience, level of education, and frequency of supervision. The questionnaire developed by the researcher applied to the 501 elementary school teachers from 27 randomly selected schools in five districts of Ankara. After collection of the data, all statistical analyses such as descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, and chi-square tests were performed, using the SPSS/PC+. illIt was found that there is a significant difference in the expectations of the elementary school teachers on classroom supervision with respect to sex ( p,. 008<. 05). On the other hand, no significant difference was found in the expectations of the elementary school teachers on classroom supervision, with respect to their level of educations, job experience, and frequency of supervision-
