Özet
Bu araştırma, ilköğretim okullarında öğrencisi bulunan velilerin, yöneticilerden ve öğretmenlerden beklentilerini belirlemeye yönelik bir çalışmadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini, Denizli ilinde yer alan rastgele yolla seçilen 9 farklı devlet ilköğretim okulundan 418, 6 farklı özel ilköğretim okulundan 364 olmak üzere toplam 782 veli oluşturmaktadır. Ankette, kişisel bilgilerin yer aldığı birinci bölüm, kırk birer beklenti cümlesinin yer aldığı ikinci bölüm, farklı görüşlerini yazabilecekleri üçüncü bölüm bulunmaktadır. Beklenti cümlelerini yöneticiler ve öğretmenlerden ayrı ayrı düşünerek doldurmaları istenmiştir.Velilere uygulanan anketlerden elde edilen verilerin çözümlenmesinde SPSS 16.0 istatistik programı kullanılmış ve verilerin analizinde bilimsel istatistiklerden frekans (N), yüzde (%), aritmetik ortalama (X), standart sapma (ss) ortalamalar arası farkın anlamlılığı test edilmiştir. Devlet ve özel ilköğretim okullarındaki yönetici ve öğretmenlere ilişkin beklenti düzeyleri arasında anlamlı farklılıkların olup olmadığı Scheffe-t testi ile yoklanmıştır. Desene ait kenar ve gözenek ortalamalarının karşılaştırılması ve ilişkisiz örneklemler için ise iki faktörlü ANOVA tekniği kullanılmıştır.Beş bölümden oluşan araştırmanın birinci bölümünde; araştırmadaki problem ile ilgili açıklamalara ve kuramsal bilgilere, ikinci bölümde; Türkiye ile diğer ülkelerdeki araştırmalara ve bunların değerlendirilmesine, üçüncü bölümde; yöntem açıklamalarına, dördüncü bölümde; verilerden elde edilen bulgular ve bunların yorumlarına, beşinci bölümde ise çıkardığımız sonuçla birlikte yönetici, öğretmen ve diğer araştırmacılara önerilerimize yer verilmiştir.Sonuç olarak; velilerin, yöneticilerden ve öğretmenlerden beklentilerine genel olarak bakıldığında her iki okul türünde öğrencisi bulunan velilerin hem yöneticilerden hem de öğretmenlerden ?her zaman? düzeyinde beklenti içinde oldukları tespit edilmiştir. Ancak bu beklenti düzeyinin öğretmenlere göre yöneticilerin lehine daha anlamlı olduğu görülmüştür. Ayrıcı okul türüne göre hem yönetici hem de öğretmen beklentilerinin farklılaştığı dikkat çekmektedir. Devlet ve özel okullarda öğrencisi bulunan velilerin yöneticilerden beklentilerinde görüşme sıklığı değişkeninde, devlet ve özel okullarda öğrencisi bulunan velilerin öğretmenlerden beklentilerinde ise öğrenim durumu, cinsiyet ve gelir değişkenleri anlamlı bulunmuştur.

This research is a study which aims to find out the expectations of the student? parents from administrators and teachers in primary schools. The sampling of the research consists of 782 parents; 418 parents chosen randomly from different public primary schools and 364 parents from different private primary schools. The survey contains three parts: The first part consists of personal information, the second part in consists of forty-are expectation sentences and the third part is the part in which different opinions about the topic can be started. The parents were asked to fill the expectation sentences by taking administrators and teachers into consideration separately. The SSPS 16.0 statistics program was used at the analysis of the data acquired from the surveys which were applied to the students? parents. At the analysis of the data, the scientific statistical methods such as frequency (N), percentage (%), average (X), standard deviation (SS) were used to test the significance levels between the averages. The scheffe-t test was applied in order to determine whether the expectation levels related to the administrators and teachers in public and private primary schools are statistically significant or not. For the comparison of the pattern edge and the average pore and the independent samples two-factor ANOVA technique was used.The first part of the research, which is composed of five parts, contains the explanations about the problem in the research and the theoretical information. The second part contains some research in Turkey and other countries and the evaluation of these researches. The third part contains the explanation of the method send the fourth part consists of the finding that were gathered from our data and their evaluation. The last part contains the result of our research and our suggestions to administrator teachers and other researchers.As a result, it is found out that students? parents who have students in both sorts of schools have expectations from administrators and teachers at ?always? level. However, it is found out that this expectation level is more statistically significant in favors of the administrators than of the teachers. It also draws attention that according to the distinctive school types, the expectations from administrators and teachers acquire different aspects. ?The frequency of meeting? level is found statistically significant in terms of the expectations from administrators of the parents who have students at public and private primary schools. ?The academic background?, ?gender? and ?income? variables are found statistically significant in terms of the expectations from teachers of the parents who have students at public and private primary schools.
