Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, Erzurum ilinde yaşayan kişilerin sağlık hizmetlerinden yararlanmak amacıyla genellikle başvurdukları sağlık kuruluşlarını, bu kuruluşları seçme nedenlerini etkileyen faktörleri ve bu nedenlerin sosyo-ekonomik ve demografik faktörlerle ilişkisini ortaya koymaktır.Üç bölüm olarak hazırlanan bu çalışmanın birinci bölümünde, sağlık ekonomisinin tanımı, gelişimi ve kapsamı, ekonomik ve sosyal açıdan sağlığın öneminden bahsedilmiştir. Ayrıca bu bölümde sağlık hizmetleri ve özellikleri, sağlık piyasalarının özellikleri ve sağlık hizmetlerinde kullanılan ekonomik değerlendirme tekniklerine de değinilmiştir.İkinci bölümde, tüketici tercihleri, talep, talep teorisi ve esnekliklerin yanında sağlık hizmetlerine olan talep ve bu talebi etkileyen faktörlere yer verilmiştir. İkinci bölümün sonunda ise sağlık hizmetlerine olan talep ile ilgili olarak literatür özeti verilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde, araştırmanın önemi, amacı ve kapsamı üzerinde durulmuş, anketin hazırlanması ve uygulanması aşamaları anlatılmış, kullanılan veri setinin işlenmesi ve çözümlenmesine değinilerek ekonometrik model hakkında bilgi verilmiştir.Sonuç olarak, 604 kişiye uygulanan anketlerden elde edilen verilerin analiz edilmesiyle yaş ilerledikçe, eğitim düzeyi yükseldikçe ve gelir düzeyi arttıkça bireylerin daha çok sağlık kuruluşlarına gidecekleri tespit edilmiştir.

The purpose of this study is to put forward the health foundations that people, live in Erzurum, generally apply for utilizing the health service, the factors that affect the reasons for choosing these foundations and the relations between the reasons and the socio-economic and demographic factors.In the first section of the study prepared as three sections, health economics, the description, improvement and content of health economics, the importance of health in terms of economic and social. In addition to these, health assistance, the features of health assistance, health market, the features of health market and also the economic evaluation techniques are mentioned.In the second section, consumer preferences, demand, demand theory and elasticities, the demand for health assistance and the factors that affect the demand are also mentioned. At the end of the second section, it is put emphasis on the importance, goal and the content of the research, the preperation of the survey and the stages of application are explained. The process and analysis of the data set used are given and the information about econometric model is given.As a result, according to the analysis of the data obtained from the surveys applied to 604 people it is established that the more the people grow old, the more the education and income level increase the more the people utilize the health foundations.
