Özet
Günümüz teknolojisi ve küreselleşen dünya ile ürünlerin artık birbirlerine göre çok farklılık arz etmemesi ve alternatiflerin bolluğu sebebi ile herhangi bir ürünün pazardaki fiyatı üretici tarafından değil, tüketici tarafından tayin edilmektedir. Bu kısıtı öncesinden sezinleyebilmiş olan ticari kurumlar, eğer kendi kontrolleri dışında gelişen pazar koşullarına müdahil olamıyorlarsa, ticari varlıklarını idame ettirebilmeleri açısından son derece kritik hale dönüşmüş diğer koşulları etkimeye yönelmeyi başarmışlardır.Bu koşullardan en önemlisi üretim yönetim sisteminin yeniden organize edilmesidir. Hatalar ve ihtiyaç fazlası envanterler kaynaklı mevcut kayıpların tespiti, bunların önüne geçme ve bir daha hata yapmamak gibi temelde çok basit ve ?yalın? bir anlayışa sahip olan bu yeni yaklaşımlar dizgisinin kurgulanıp devreye alınması ile verimlilik ve kalitede çok kısa sürede artışlar gözlenmiştir.Bu yaklaşımın kurgulanmasının üç ana bacağı vardır: stratejik yapılanma, lojistik süreçlerin yeniden senaryolanması ve kalite süreçlerinde hata yapamamak fiiline dayalı metotların geliştirilmesidir. Kalite birimi hata kontrol edici bir uzuvken lojistik ve üretim birimleri ise iş yapış modellerindeki yeni yaklaşımları sayesinde hata olasılığını ortadan kaldıracak mekanizmalara geliştirecektir.Dolayısı ile verimlilik ve kalitede artışın sağlanabilmesi için üretim stratejileri, lojistik ve kalite süreçleri tek bir potada değerlendirilmelidir.Bu tez çalışması yukarıda bahsi geçen fikre dayalı olarak üretim yönetim sisteminin böylesi bütünsel bir bakış açısı ile nasıl yeniden değerlendirilebileceği hakkında uygulamalı bilgiler vermektedir.

By means of today?s technological improvements and globalization in all economies in the world there are not any differences among the products presented into the same market which are respectively alternative to each other so that the price is assigned by the customer, not the manufacturer or reseller. If the enterprises which were able to realize this restriction earlier than everyone cannot control or manage the market situation occurring around them, then they managed to control the other conditions which were too critical for their commercial existence.One of the most important portion of these conditions is to re-organize the manufacturing management. Defining defects and losses which are caused by unnecessary inventories, eliminating those negative effects and ?never allow to make mistake? principles are basis of the new chain methodologies of this approach. This approach helps the production facilities to improve quality and productivity.This approach has three sub issues: strategic structuring, rebuilding of logistics and developing new methods controlling defects in the process. While quality control unit has controlling responsibilities, logistics and production facilities are to create new mechanisms for removing defect possibilities with the help of new model of the production management.In the end in order to improve quality and efficiency, manufacturing strategies, logistics and quality processes have to be re-evaluated in the same melting pot.This thesis statement gives information with application practices about how a production management will be re-evaluated with an integrating viewpoint according to the ideas mentioned above.
