Özet
Bu tez çalışmasının amacı; İlköğretim okullarındaki öğretmenlerin mutluluğunun öğrencilere nasıl yansıdığını belirlemek ve öğretmen mutluluğunu hangi faktörlerin etkilediğini ortaya çıkarmaktır. Öğretmen mutluluğunun öğretmen öğrenci ve öğretmen yönetici ilişkisine etkileri incelenerek bu etkileşiminin eğitim kurumlarındaki verimliliğe katkısını ortaya koymaktır. Bu çalışma sonucunda öğretmen mutluluğunun mesleki gelişimlerine katkısının,öğrencilerin okul başarısına katkısının,öğretmen ve öğrenci iletişimine katkısının,öğretmen okul yöneticisi arasındaki iletişime katkısı arasında bir ilişkinin olup olmadığının ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır. Tarama modelindeki araştırmada veri toplama aracı iki bölümden oluşmaktadır.Birinci bölümde kişisel bilgiler ikinci bölümde araştırmacı tarafındangeliştirilen ölçek yer almaktadır. Araştırma verileri 2008-2009 eğitim öğretim yılında İstanbul ili Beşiktaş ilçesinde bulunan resmi ilköğretim okullarında okuyan 400 öğrenciye uygulanan anketlerle elde edilmiştir. Uygulanan 395 anket geçerli sayılmıştır.Veriler istatistiksel paket programında değerlendirilmiştir.Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde frekans, aritmetik ortalama, yüzde bağımsız grup t testi ve tekyönlü varyans analizi kullanılmıştır. . Öğrenciler öğretmenlerinin mutlu olduklarının farkına varmakta ve öğretmenin mutluluğu öğrenci başarısını etkilemektedir.Öğretmenin mutlu olması için gerekli şartlar sağlandığında eğitimin kalitesi ve öğrenci başarısı artacaktır. Öğretmenin mutlu olabilmesi için öncelikle mutlu olmayı istemesi ve mutlu olması gerektiğine inanması gerekmektedir.

The purpose of this thesis; Primary school teachers in the happiness of the students to determine how the reflection and which factors affect teachers happiness is revealed.Teacher-Student and teacher of happiness to the relationship between teacher administrators examined the effects of this interaction contribution to the efficiency of educational institutions is to reveal. As a result of this study contribute to the Professional development of teachers of happiness ,contribution to the success of students of school, contribute to teachers and students of communication, communication between school administrators to teachers is a relationship between contributions and was not intended to be put in the middle. Research data collection tool in screening modelconsists of two parts. In the first part of the second part of your personal information, developed by researchers at the scale is located. Research data in academic year 2008-2009 Beşiktaş district in Istanbul, studying in the official primary school for 400 students applied to the questionnaires were obtained. 395 valid questionnaires were applied. The data were evaluated in the statistical package program. Evaluation of the data frequency, arithmetic mean, percentage of independent groups t test and one-way analysis of variance was used. Following conclusions were reached. Students' perception of teachers as happy students and teachers to communicate better to be happy with, by living memories to be aware of themselves and their students were needed. Therefore good relationships with teachers and students first able to communicate with them ways to please themselves able to learn, their students and realize they live moment. Studentsbecome aware of what their teachers are happy and happiness of teachers affects student achievement.
