Özet

Şüküroğlu, E. , İki Estetik Postun Farklı Kanal Patları Uygulanmış Kök Dentinine Bağlanma Dayanıklılıklarının Karşılaştırılmalı Araştırılması Hacettepe Üniversitesi Sağlık Bilimleri Enstitüsü Protetik Diş Tedavisi Programı Doktora Tezi, Ankara, 2012.Estetik postların tutuculuğunu arttırmak amacıyla adeziv rezinlerin kullanılması önerilmektedir. İçeriklerine ve tübüller penetrasyon derinliklerine bağlı olarak endodontik kanal patlarının, postun kök dentinine bağlanma dayanıklılığını etkileyebileceği bilinmektedir. Bu çalışmada, adeziv rezinle simante edilen estetik postların dentine bağlanma dayanıklılığına kanal dolgu patlarının etkisinin araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada 80 yeni çekilmiş tek köklü insan dişi kullanılmıştır. Dişlerin kökleri, 16 mm standart kök uzunluğu kalacak şekilde krondan hassas kesme motoru ile ayrılarak, kök kanalları Protaper tekniği ile F3 file kadar genişletilmiştir. Örnekler rastgele iki gruba ayrılmıştır. Grup 1. Cytec blanko fiber post, Grup 2. Cosmopost. Daha sonra her bir grup n: 8 olacak şekilde test edilen kanal dolgu materyallerine göre 5 altgruba ayrılmıştır. Grup 1. Guta perka / AH Plus kanal dolgu patı; Grup 2. Resilon / Epiphany kanal dolgu patı; Grup 3. Guta perka / Sealite; Grup 4: Guta perka / Iroot SP; Grup 5: Kontrol grubu (pat içermeyen).1.4 mm çapındaki Cam fiber postlar ve zirkon postlar aynı araştırmacı tarafından, üretici talimatlarına uygun olarak Variolink II rezin simanı ile yapıştırıldı. Post uygulanmış kökler akrilik bloklara gömülerek, koronal üçlülerinden üç adet kesit alınmıştır. Alınan kesitlerdeki diş örneklerine push out testi uygulanmış ve elde edilen veriler iki yönlü ANOVA ve Tukey testleri kullanılarak istatistiksel olarak d. Depending on the composition and depth of tubuler penetration, endodontic canal sealers might interfere with the durability and adhesion of a post retainer to root canal dentin. This study aimed to investigate the influence of different endodontic canal sealers on the retention strength of tooth-coloured posts luted with adhesive resin cement. Eighty recently extracted single-root human teeth with straight root canals were used in this study. The crowns of all teeth were removed using a slow-speed diamond precision saw with water cooling, so as to adjust the length of the roots to a standardized length of 16 mm. The root canals were enlarged using ProTaper rotary instruments with RC-Prep lubrication, until the file F3 reached the working length (1mm from the apical foramen). Specimens were randomly divided into two groups: Group 1. Cytec blanco fiber post, Group 2. Cosmopost. In each group, the specimens were further sub-grouped (n:8) according to the tested filling material plus sealer: Group 1. Gutta-percha / AH Plus sealer; Group 2. Resilon / Epiphany sealer; and Group 3. Gutta-percha / Sealite; Group 4: Gutta-percha / Iroot SP; Group 5: control (no sealer). Glass fiber-reinforced posts (Cytec Blanco, and zirconium-oxide ceramic posts (Cosmopost), of 1.4 mm diameter were cemented with the light-curing cement Variolink II, by a single operator adhering strictly to each manufacturer's instructions.
