Özet

Bu araştırmanın amacı meslek liseleri ve genel liselerin dokuzuncu sınıf dil ve anlatım dersi içerisinde ses bilgisi ve telaffuz ünitesi hedeflerine ulaşmada farklılık olup olmadığını belirlemektir.Araştırmada tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın evreni Karaman il merkezindeki meslek liseleri ile genel liselerdir. Örneklemi ise 2011- 2012 eğitim- öğretim yılında farklı sosyo-kültürel çevreden ve tesadüfî yöntemle seçilmiş meslek liseleri ile genel liselerdeki 240 dokuzuncu sınıf öğrencisidir.Meslek liseleri ve genel liselerde ilgili hedeflere ulaşma düzeyini belirlemek, bunun demografik özelliklerle ilişkisini ortaya koymak, öğretmenlerin bu konudaki görüşlerine yer vermek amacıyla farklı veri toplama araçları kullanılmıştır. Ses bilgisi ve telaffuz ünitesinde toplam dokuz hedef davranış bulunmaktadır. Bunlardan bilişsel alandaki hedeflere ulaşma düzeyini tespit için boşluk doldurma, eşleştirme ve çoktan seçmeli soruların olduğu bir test, duyuşsal alandaki hedefler için Likert tipi ölçek kullanılmıştır. Psiko-motor alandaki hedeflere ulaşma düzeyini tespit için 60 öğrenciye metin okutulup bunların ses kayıtları alınmıştır. Demografik özellikleri tespit etmek amacıyla kişisel bilgi formu, dil ve anlatım dersi ile ilgili öğretmen görüşlerini belirlemek için ise anket kullanılmıştır. Toplanan veriler Microsoft Office Excel ve SPSS 16.0 for Windows Evaluation versiyonu kullanılarak çözümlenmiştir.Araştırma sonucunda ilgili hedeflerden ?Türkçedeki seslerin özelliklerini açıklar, ses olaylarının oluşumunu açıklar, yazı ile telaffuz ilişkisini gösterir? davranışlarına ulaşma bakımından genel liselerin, meslek liselerinden daha başarılı olduğu tespit edilmiştir. ?Vurgu ile ilgili kuralları uygular? davranışı için ise meslek liselerinin genel liselerden teorik bilgi açısından daha başarılı olduğu; genel liselerin de uygulamada meslek liselerinden iyi durumda olduğu görülmüştür.İlgili hedeflere ulaşma düzeyi ile demografik özellikler arasında fark olup olmadığı araştırılmış, her iki okul türünde ?cinsiyet?, ?kardeş sayısı? ve ?kaynak kullanımı? değişkenleri açısından fark olduğu saptanmıştır.Meslek lisesi öğrencilerinin dil ve anlatım dersine karşı tutumları genel lise öğrencilerininkine göre daha olumlu düzeydedir. Ancak tutum ile hedeflere ulaşma arasında negatif ve orta düzeyde bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir.Araştırmaya katılan öğretmenlerin birçoğu öğrencilerin derse hazırlıksız geldikleri, ilköğretimden itibaren bilgi eksiklerinin olduğu, dersten sonra gerekli tekrarları yapmadıkları, derse dikkatlerini vermekte zorlandıkları, konuları ilgi çekici bulmadıkları, bunları günlük hayatta kullanmayacaklarını düşünmeleri konusunda ortak fikirdedir. Öğrencilerin bu dersteki konuları gereksiz bulmadıkları yönünde de ortak bir fikir söz konusudur. Ders materyalleri ve öğretim programı konusunda öğretmenlerin büyük çoğunluğu yetersiz olunduğunu bildirmiştir. Ayrıca öğretmenler, sınıflardaki öğrenci sayısının fazla olmadığını düşünmektedirler.

The purpose of this research, is vocational high schools and general high schools and to the ninth class language and narration lesson and phonetics of the unit is to determine whether the difference in achieving their goals.In this research used the scanning model. Research on the universe with General high schools in vocational high schools of the province of Karaman. Sampling is the 2011- 2012 education in different socio-cultural backgrounds and incidental way chosen vocational high schools studying the ninth class with public high schools to 240.Vocational high schools and general high schools, determine the level of reaching relevant targets in relation to demographic features, put in place in order to give in this topic on feedback from teachers, different data collection tools used. There are a total of nine target behavior in phonetics and pronunciation unit. matching and multiple choice questions, filling in the space that was used for a test. To reach the goals in the field to ascertain the level of cognitive. Likert type scale was used for targets in the auditory, 60 student studied the text for targets in the field of psycho-motor and their recorded sounds. Demographic characteristics used to identify personal information form, language and narraviton was used to determine their views about the lesson is teacher survey. Microsoft Office Excel and SPSS 16.0 for Windows Evaluation programmes have been used to analyse the data obtained from the applications.As a result of research, general high schools have been found to be more successful in the vocational high school as surplus (Describes the properties of the sounds in Turkish. Describes the creation of sound events. post show the relationship with pronunciation.). Vocational high schools have been found to be more successful in the general high school in terms of theoretical knowledge to accent-related rules. But, general high schools have been found to be more successful in the vocational high school in practice.The difference between the goals of achieving level and demographic features, whether surveyed. both the number of school type“sex”,“ the number of brothers ”and“resource usage”is the difference in terms of the variables that have been identified.Vocational high school students, attitudes towards the language and narration lesson is more positive than the general high school. But, achieving goals with attitude and a moderate relationship between negative.Participating teachers think, students not prepared for course, there are missing information from the primary, don't make the necessary repetitions after lesson, cannot concentrate on the course, topics are not of interest to them, students, not follow this information in daily life, for students, this tutorial is not unnecessary topics. They think, The course materials and curriculum are not enough, it is not so much the number of students in classes.
