Özet
Bu araştırmada akıllı tahta kullanımının İlköğretim 7. Sınıf Fen ve Teknoloji dersinde ?iş, enerji ve yaylar? konusunun öğrenci başarısına olan etkisinin olup olmadığı incelenmiştir.Araştırma 2011-2012 eğitim-öğretim yılının 1.yarıyılında Konya'nın Ereğli ilçesinde özel bir ilköğretim okulunda yürütülmüştür. Bu araştırmada kontrol gruplu öntest-sontest modeli uygulandı. Uygulama 3 hafta, haftada 4 ders saati sürmüştür. Bir şube deney grubu olup bu grupta işi enerji ve yaylar konusu akıllı tahta uygulamalarından faydalanılarak anlatıldı, diğer kontrol grubunda ise geleneksel öğrenme ve öğretme yöntemi etkinlikleri ile ders anlatıldı.Elde edilen veriler SPSS veri analiz yöntemiyle hesaplanmıştır. Başarı Testi öntest sontest sonuçları arasında anlamlı bir farklılık bulunurken, cinsiyet açısından anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmamıştır. Deney grubundaki öğrenciler ile yapılan görüşmelerde, akıllı tahta kullanılarak öğrenim yapılan Fen ve Teknoloji dersinin daha zevkli geçtiğini, daha iyi öğrendiklerini, derse katılımı arttırdığını ve tebeşir yerine akıllı tahtaya yazı yazmanın çok eğlenceli olduğunu belirtmişlerdir. Akıllı tahta tüm özellikleriyle bilinçli bir şekilde kullanıldığı takdirde Fen ve Teknoloji derslerine karşı başarıyı olumlu yönde etkileyecektir.

In this research the effect of using active white board on student?s achievement in Science and Technology classes `?work, energy and springs?? in primary 7th grades was analyzed. This research was conducted in a private primary school in Ereğli District in Konya in 2011-2012 education term at first period. Pretest-posttest model with control group was used in this study. Application took for 3 weeks and 4 class hours in each week. While one class the experimental group in where work-energy and springs was presented via active board, the traditional methods of teaching and learning was used in control group.The data was analyzed by SPSS data analyze method. While there was a significant difference between pretest and posttest result in achievement test, no significant difference was found in terms of gender. Students stated science and technology class in where active board was used was more enjoyable, they learnt better and rise participation, and writing via active board was also more enjoyable instead of writing with chalk in interview with experimental group. If active board is used effectively and in a conscious way with its all features, it will affect the success positively in science and technology classes.
