Özet
Bu çalışmada bazı yarıgrup yapılarının otomorfizmleri ile ilgili olarak elde edilen bazı sonuçlar incelenmiştir. Özellikle, bu yarıgrupların otomorfizmleri ile iç otomorfizmleri arasındaki ilişkiler üzerinde durulmuş ve bazı ön koşullar altında bu yarıgrupların her bir otomorfizminin bir iç otomorfizm olduğu gösterilmiştir.Son olarak da belirli bir takdimin (yarıgrup takdimi olarak) tanımladığı yarıgrubun otomorfizmleri ile bu takdimin (grup takdimi olarak) tanımladığı grubun otomorfizmleri arasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir.

In this study, we survey some result concerning automorphisms of some semigroup constructions. In particular, we focus on the relationship between the automorphisms and the inner automorphisms of these semigroups and show that, under some precondition, each automorphism of these semigroups is an inner automorphism.Finally, we survey the relationship between the automorphisms of a semigroup determined by the certain presentation (as a semigroup presentation) and the automorphisms of a group determined by the same presentation (as a group presentation)
