Özet
Bu araştırma, Türkiye Futbol Federasyonu'nda yer alan proje takımlarındaki takım performans bileşenlerinin, (çevresel koşullar, kompozisyon, yetkinlik ve değişim) takım performansına katkısının derinlemesine analiz edilmesi ve bu bileşenlerin düzeylerinin belirlenmesi amacı ile yapılmıştır.Araştırma, betimsel bir araştırmadır. Araştırmada, nitel ve nicel araştırma yöntemleri birlikte kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın nitel bölümünde, olgubilim deseni ve tipik durum örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmış ve verilerin toplanması için, yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme tekniğinden yararlanılarak görüşme formu hazırlanmıştır. Yüz yüze görüşme yapılarak veriler toplanmıştır. Elde edilen verilerek deşifre edilerek alanında uzman üç kişi tarafından kodlanmıştır. Araştırmanın nicel bölümünde ise kesit alma yaklaşımı kullanılmış ve katılımcılara anket uygulanarak Türkiye Futbol Federasyonu'nda yer alan proje takımlarının performans düzeyleri belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır.Araştırma sonucunda,Türkiye Futbol Federasyonu'nun bu araştırma kapsamındaki proje takımlarında bilinçli bir takım yapılanma süreci geçirmemiş olmasına rağmen, araştırma sonuçları bu takımlarda performans bileşenlerinin var olduğunu göstermektedir. Bu durum Türkiye Futbol Federasyonu'ndayer alan proje takımlarının performanslarının yüksek olduğunun göstergesi olarak kabul edilebilir. Bu temaların varlığı çevresel koşullar, kompozisyon, yetkinlik ve değişim bileşenlerinde elde edilen alt temaların oluşmasına katkı sağlamış ve bu alt temalar ile takım performansının olumlu yönde desteklendiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Böylece, çalışmada kullanılan anket sonuçlarında, genel anlamıyla bileşenlere ait aritmetik ortalamaların yüksek olması da bu durumu destekler niteliktedir.

The aim of this study was the provide an in-depth analysis of the contribution of the components of team performance (environmental conditions, composition, competence and change) on the performance of the team and determining their levels.The research is descriptive and it utilizes mix medhods of sampling. Phenomenologic design and typical case sampling method were used in the qualitative part of the study. For data collection, interview forms were prepared by employing semi-structured interview technique. Data was collected by conducting face to face interviews. The obtained data was deciphered and coded by three experts in the field. Cross-section approach was used in the quantitative part of the study and surveys were conducted to participants in order to identify the performance levels of project teams in Turkish Football Federation.The results of the study showed that although the project teams of Turkish Football Federation in the framework of this study have not undergone a deliberate team structuring process, performance components already exist in these teams. This case can be accepted as an indicator of high level performance of project teams in Turkish Football Federation. The existence of these themes contributed to the formation of sub-themes obtained in components of environmental conditions, composition, competence and change and it was seen that team performance was positively supported by the existence of these sub-themes. The fact that arithmetic means regarding the components in general were high in survey results also supports this finding.
