Özet
Demokrasi, insanların eşit koşullarda birlikte yaşama arzusunun ürünüdür. Günümüz ulus-devletlerinin tamamına yakını ?eşit haklara sahip? yurttaşlarının oyları ile seçilen ?demokratik? iktidarlarca yönetilmektedir ama ?eşit haklara sahip? olmak ?eşit koşullarda yaşamak? anlamına gelmemektedir. Tarihin hiçbir döneminde insanın üretim ve tüketim miktarı ama aynı zamanda en zenginle en fakir arasındaki gelir uçurumu bugünkü seviyesinde olmamıştır ve bu tez ?eşit koşullarda yaşama? arzusunu dile getiren solun küresel kapitalizmin yarattığı eşitsiz dünya düzeni karşısında ?ne? söylemekte olduğunu tespit etmek amacıyla yazılmıştır.Üretim ilişkileri değişirken ekonomik, toplumsal ve siyasal yapıdaki değişimleri de tetikler ve toplumsal yapı değiştikçe sol ile sağın ezeli mücadelesinde iktidar olma ve muhalefet etme yolları değişir. Sol açısından değişmeyen ilk telaffuz edildiği günden itibaren her zaman düzene muhalif ses olduğudur ve 21. yüzyılda sol kapitalizmin aldığı yeni biçime uyumlu yeni bir muhalif düşünce ve hareket biçimi haline gelmiştir. Kurallarına tabi olduğumuz Kuzey-Güney şeklinde kutuplaşmış ve bütün sınırları kesintisiz sermaye birikimi uğruna kaldırmış -yani küreselleşmiş- kapitalist dünya düzeni karşısındadır; ulus-devletin ve kapitalizmin gelişimine paralel seyreden sosyalizmi takip etmekte ancak ?takipçisi? rolünü üstlenmemektedir. Bu tespitten yola çıkılarak 2009 Yerel Seçimleri'nde en çok izlendiği tespit edilen üç haber bülteninde Türkiye Solunun nasıl temsil edildiği ve kendisini nasıl ifade ettiği söylem analizi yöntemi ile incelenmiştir.İlk bölümde düşünce ve eylem biçimi olarak solun nasıl doğduğu ve geliştiği, ikinci bölümde ?söylem? kavramı analize temel oluşturacak düzeyde betimlenmiştir. Üçüncü bölüm ise 29 Mart 2009 Yerel Seçimleri öncesinde üç, sonrasında ise bir hafta süresince takip edilen ve rating oranlarına göre en çok izlendikleri tespit edilen Kanal D, Star TV ve Show TV Ana Haber Bültenlerinde Türkiye Solu'nun nasıl temsil üzerine yapılan söylem analizini içermektedir. Sol söylem geçmişin izleri ve geleceğin ne getireceğine dair ipuçları aranarak analiz edilmiştir.Türkiye Solu'nun rakipleri ile birlikte fotoğrafını çeken çalışma sonucunda kısaca şu bulgulara ulaşılmıştır: 1) ?Demokrasi? kavramı solun kazandırdığı anlam derinliğini kaybetmiştir. Sadece ?düşünce ve ifade özgürlüğü?nden ibaret sığ bir içeriğe bürünmüştür. 2) Televizyon haberlerinde sosyal demokrat partiler dışında Türkiye Solu temsiline rastlanmamıştır. 3) Televizyonda temsil edilme biçimi ve oranına bakıldığında solun başrol oyuncusu olan CHP'nin sağ karşısında iktidar olmasına yetecek etkili bir söylem üretmediği tespit edilmiştir. 4) Solun hitap ettiği seçmen kitlesini genişletemediği, resmi Kemalist devlet söylemi ile yetişmiş kentli nüfusla sınırlı kaldığı görülmüştür. 5) Solun küresel kapitalist ekonomik düzenin içsel çelişkilerini vurgulamaya yönelik hiçbir girişimine rastlanmamıştır. 6) Söyleme solun güncel siyasal sorunlara yönelik somut projeler üretemediğine dair genel bir kanı hakimdir. 7) Dünyada Küreselleşme Karşıtı Hareketleri içererek gelişmeye çalışan solun aksine Türkiye'de sol halen kendine özgü içsel çelişkilerinden kurtulamamıştır.Solu sol yapan ?eşitlik?, ?özgürlük? gibi kavramları Türkiye'de sağ sahiplenmiştir. Solun seçmene hitap edecek söylemi üretebilmesi için doğru stratejiler belirleyerek yürümesi gereken uzun bir yol vardır. Dünyada Küreselleşme Karşıtı Sol Hareketler başlığı altında toplanan alternatif düzen karşıtı hareketler halinde mücadeleye devam eden sol Türkiye'de Kemalist kökeninden kopmanın sancılarını yaşayan dar bir ?sosyal demokrasi? algısı içinde gündelik siyasetin kısır polemikleri arasında yaşam mücadelesi vermektedir. Solun öncelikle siyasi söyleme egemen olan sağın söylemsel iktidarını kırması, yeni toplumsal muhalefet biçimlerini bularak sahiplenmesi ve geleceğe umutla bakmamızı sağlayacak yeni bir çehreye bürünmesi gerekmektedir.

Democracy is an output of people?s desire to live together at equal circumstances. Today?s almost all nation states are administered by democratic governments elected by their citizens that have equal rights but ?equal rights? doesn?t mean ?to live in equal circumstances?. At any time of history the range between production and consumption quantities of human and income disparity between the most rich and poor hasn?t been at current level. The aim of this study is to determine ?what? the Left put into words the desire of living at equal circumstances against world disorder which has been created by proposed global capitalism. Production relationships triggers changes in economic, social and political structure while changing and as social structure changes the ways of come to power and making opposition also changes at Left and Right?s eternal struggle. Beginning from the day when the Left has been firstly mentioned, it has been the voice against the system that has never changed and at 21th century it has become a new opposite way of thought and movement convenient to capitalism?s new shape. New Left Approach, is against the capitalist world order we are dependent on which polarized into the shape of north-south and all borders has been removed-means globalized- for the sake of continuous capital stock; and also, it has been following the socialism that moves parallel to nation?s state and capitalism?s development but it can not play the role of its follower. In the frame of this determination, it has been analyzed at this study by discourse analysis method that how ?Turkish Left? been represented and how it explained itself in three news report which were detected as the most watched ones at 2009 local elections.It has been described how the Left side was emerged out as a manner of thought and action and progressed at first chapter; and concept of discourse at a level that would be essential at this analysis has been described at the second chapter of this study. Third chapter also includes the discourse analysis of how Turkish Left was represented at Kanal D, Star Tv and Show tv prime news which were followed three weeks before and one week after the 29 March 2009 local elections and determined as the mostwatched ones by rating. The Left discourse has been analyzed by seeking marks of the past and clues of future.As a consequence of this study that takes a picture of the Left and its opponents together, these are deduced briefly: 1) Notion of ?democracy? has lost its meaning that was adopted by the Left. 2) There hasn?t seen any Turkish Left representation on television news, besides social democratic parties. Its content has become shallow which consists of the idea of freedom of expression and thought. 3) Considering how and at which rate it was represented on television, it has been determined that the leading actor of the Left, CHP, doesn?t produce an efficient discourse that would be adequate to come to power against the Right. 4) It has been seen that the Left can?t widening electorate and it remains limited with citizens content with Kemalist official discourse. 5) There hasn?t seen any attempt of the Left to emphasize on internal contradictions of the global capitalist economic order. 6) A general opinion is predominating the discourse regarding the Left doesn?t produce tangible projects aimed at current politic issues. 7) Contrary to the Left at World which is trying to progress by containing contradictions to globalization, the Left in Turkey hasn?t got away from its own internal discrepancies yet.Conceptions like ?equity? and ?freedom? which are the cornerstone of the Left have been possessed by the Right in Turkey. There is a long distance to go by determining the suitable strategies for the Left to product a discourse that would appeal to electorate. While the Left at world is still continuing the struggle by alternative movements contrary to system that have been entitled as ?Left Movements Opposite the Globalization? ; the Left in Turkey which is in a narrow sense of social democracy, suffers from disconnection of its Kemalist origins. The Left, firstlyhave to fence off the discourse domination of the Right; find new social opposition ways and possess them; renovate its structure to make it possible for us to look the future hopefully.
