Özet
Bu tez, Dört Halife?nin yönetim anlayışını öğrenmek amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. Çalışmamız giriş ve iki bölümden oluşmaktadır.Girişte yönetimle ilgili kavramlar, Cahiliye Dönemi ve Hz. Peygamber Dönemi yönetim anlayışı söz konusu edilmiştir. Böylece Raşid Halifeler Dönemi için bir alt yapı oluşturulmak hedeflenmiştir. Birinci bölümde Dört Halife Dönemi?nde siyasi iktidarın nasıl oluşturulduğu ayrıntılı olarak incelenmiştir. Bu çerçevede, siyasi yapının oluşturulması, devlet otoritesinin te?sîsi ve yaygınlaştırılması konuları üzerinde durulmuştur. İkinci bölümde ise, Dört Halife Dönemi?nde siyasi iktidarın toplum ile ilişkileri üzerinde durulmuştur. Bu dönemde içtimâî, iktisâdî ve adlî hayatın tanzimi, bu bölümde işlenen konu başlıklarıdır. Çalışmamızda sosyal bilimlerde yaygın olarak kullanılan betimleme, analiz, sentez, örneklem, genelleme gibi yöntemler kullanılmıştır.Dört halifenin yönetim anlayışını ortaya koyma gayretinde olduğumuz bu çalışmamız, bulduğumuz çözümleri ihtiva eden bir ?sonuç? bölümü ile sona ermiştir.

This thesis is intended to be able to see Rashid Caliphs management approach. Our study consists of an introduction and two chapters. An analysis about the terms of management, the management of ignorance (Cahiliye) and the Prophet. Thus aimed to create an infrastructure for the period of the Rashid caliphs.In the first chapter how to generate political power during the period of the Rashid caliphs are studied in detail. In this contex are the creation of the political structure, State authority in plant and dissemination of political structure.The second chapter is about the relations with political power and the community on the period of Rashid caliphs. In this section topics are the life of social, legal, economic issues. In our study in the social sciences is commonly used analysis, synthesis, sampling, generalization methods were used.Our study was ended with results which we took out from our thesis.
