Özet
Türk Konutunda Meydana Gelen Mekânsal Değişimlerin Kooperatif Konutlarında İrdelenmesinde Trabzon Örneği: Batı ile etkileşim sonucunda zamanla sosyal ve kültürel değişiklikler olmuş, bununla birlikte Türk konutunda mekânsal değişimler meydana gelmiş ve apartman tipi konutlar üretilmeye başlanmıştır. Ancak, üretilen bu konutlarda genellikle Türk konutu kültürel özünden hiç yararlanılmadığı görülmüştür. Bu sebeple, çalışmanın amacı-Türk konutunda meydana gelen mekân sal değişimler ile kullanıcıların toplumsal-kültürel değerlerinin uygunluğunun seçilen örneklem grubunda araştırılması olmuştur. Bu amaçla gerçekleştirilen tezde, geleneksel Türk Evi'nden günümüz konutuna kadar geçen dönem tarihsel bir gelişim içinde ele alınmıştır. Bu gelişim içinde, geleneksel Türk Evi ve mekân kullanım ilkeleri, apartmanlaşma dönemi, günümüzde konut edinme şekilleri, bunlardan kooperatifleşme ve geçirdiği dönemler tanıtılmıştır. İlk apartmanlaşma döneminden başlayarak günümüze kadar gerçekleştirilen kırk adet apartman tipi konut plânının oluşturduğu örneklem grubunda, mekânsal analizler yapılarak kaybolan ve süren mekânlar saptanmıştır. Mekânsal analizler sonu cunda elde edilen bulgulara dayalı olarak hazırlanan anket soruları, Trabzon kenti kooperatif konutlarından seçilen örneklem grubunda uygulanmış ve alınan sonuçlar değerlendirilmiş tir. Sonuç olarak, Trabzon kenti kooperatif konutlarında yaşa yan kullanıcıların, toplumsal-kültürel değerlerinden bazılarını yaşatmaya çalıştıkları ve bu yüzden konutları ile araların da uyumsuzluklar olduğu görülmüştür.

A reffection of the Changes in the Turkish House to the Cooperative Residences in Trabzon. Social and cultural changes has happened with time as a result of the affairs with the West. This resulted in a tran sition from a traditional Turkish house to apartment type re sidences. However, it is observed that there is no a strong cultural bridge between the Turkish house and those of apart ments. The purpose of this study is to investigate the inter relation between the spatial changes in the Turkish residences in the question and the community-cultural values of their users. In this study, the era started from the traditional Turk ish House to date was elaborated. In this regard, the traditi onal Turkish House and the principles of residence usage, the period of building apartments, the ways of owning a residence today, and the transition period of cooperation for having a residence were also introduced. A group of 40 apartment type plans from their initial samples to date were chosen and a spatial analysis was carried out so that the lost spaces on the unchanged spaces of the re sidences could be figured out. Based on the observations, a questionnaire associated with the cooperative residences in Trabzon was carried out and the out comes were evaluated. Consequently, it was figured out that the dwellers of the cooperative residences in Trabzon try to converse some of the community-cultural values. This resulted in an incompatibility between the residences and their users. Key words s Space, Cooperative, House, Turkish House. VI
