ÖZET DOKTORA TEZİ Değişik Substitue Amin Grupları Bulunduran Farklı Fenilglioksimlerin Sentezi ve Metal Komplekslerinin incelenmesi Ali İhsan PEKACAR Selçuk üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Kimya Anabilim Dalı Danışman: Yrd. Dr.Emine ÖZCAN Prof. Dr. özer BEKAROĞLU Prof. Dr. Ahmet GÜL Bu çalışmada çıkış maddesi olarak, p-Kloroasetof enon kullanıldı, p-kloroasetofenon, sodyum etoksitli ortamda n-bütilnitrit ile nitrozolanarak, isonitroso-p-kloroase- tofenon elde edildi, isonitroso-p-kloroasetof enon, bazik ortamda, hidroksilamin hidroklorür ile reaksiyon vererek, p-klorof enilglioksimin ant i formu sentezlendi. Elde edilen p-klorof enilglioksim, kloroform içinde, 20-25oC'da klorlanarak, p-klorof enilkloroglioksim izole edildi. p-klorof enilkloroglioksimin değişik aromatik aminlerle reaksiyonu sonunda birer dioksim olan, dokuz adet substitue amino-p-klorof enilglioksim1 lerin sentezi veXI diaminlerle reaksiyonu sonunda birer tetraoksim olan, dokuz adet aril-bis(substitue amino-p-klorofenilgli- oksim)' lerin sentezi yapıldı. Ligandlarm alkollü çözeltilerine, suda çözülmüş olan, Ni(II), Cu(II) ve Co(II)'nin klorlu tuzları ilave edilerek, substitue amino-p-klorofenilglioks im' lerin bi moleküler kompleksleri ve aril-bis( substitue amino-p- klorofenilglioksim) ' lerin polimerik kompleksleri elde edildi. Sonuç olarak, 18 ligand ve 54 kompleks izole edilerek; Kütle, 1H-N.M.R., I.R., A. A. S. ve elementel analiz sonuçlarına göre yapıları aydınlatıldı. Isonitroso-p-chlorophenylacetophenon has been isolated through the nitrosation reaction between p-chlorophenylacetophenon and butyl nitrite in sodium ethoxide medium. Similarly p-chlorophenylglyoxime has been synthesized by the reaction of isonitroso-p- chlorophenylacetophenon and hydroxylamine hydrochloride in alkaline medium. Finally powdered anti-p-chlorophenyl- glyoxime was suspended in dry chloroform at 20-25 "C and upon treatment with Cİ2 p-chlorophenylchloroglyoxime was obtained. By reacting p-chlorophenylchloroglyoxime with various aromatic amines, nine different substitutedIV amino-p-chlorophenylglyoxime were synthesized, each of which is a dioxime, and by reacting p-chlorophenyl- glyoxime with aromatic diamines nine separate aryl- bis( substituted amino-p-chlorophenylglyoxime) were synt hesized each of which were tetraoximes. The polymeric complexes of aryl-bis( substituted amino-p-chlorophenylglyoxime) and complexes of substi tuted amino-p-chlorophenylglyoxime were prepared by adding aqueous solutions of Ni(ll), Cu(ll) and Co(ll) into alcoholic solutions of the ligands. As a conclusion of above work 18 separate ligands and 54 complexes were isolated and their structural characters were determined employing mass-spectroscopy, -^-H-N.M.R., I.R., A.A.S., and elemental analytical technics.
