Özet

II Bu çalışmada ayrıca BityTenchus ve Malencus cinsinden yeni türler saptanmıştır. Türkiye için yeni kayıt olan Ouinisulcius acutus' un (ALLEN) SIDDIQI erkeği literatür için yeni kayıttır. Çalışmada saptanan en yaygın türler FiTenchus filiformis ( BUTSCHLI ) MEYL, Boleodorus thyl actus THORNE, Bitylenchus n.sp. ve Pratylenchus zea GRAHAM dır.

Ill ABSTRACT Masters Thesis TAXONOMIC INVESTIGATIONS ON THE SPECIES OF TYLENCHIDA ( NEMATODA ) IN THE TOMATO ( LYCOPERSICUM ESCULENTUM L. ) FIELDS IN ROTATION WITH CARROT ( DAUCUS CAROTA I.) IN BEYPAZARI ( ANKARA ) DISTRICT İlker KEPENEKÇİ Ankara University Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences Department of Plant Protection In this study, plant parasitic species of Tylenchida in the tomato ( Lycopersicum escuTentum L. ) fields in rotation with carrot in Beypazarı ( Ankara ) district are examined in considering their two main aspects. namely faunistic and taxonomic. In 1991, during the summer months. when adult Tylenchida species are more abundant, soil and tomato samples were taken.from these samples, nematodes were extracted, prepared and the ones belonging to Tylenchida were measured and identifed. Identification, synonyms, possible variations, distribution and habitats of each species are given,as a result of both laboratuary studies and literature records. In addition to that study, the soil samples taken methodically were analized for their pH, texture, nutrition, elements, ( P2O5, K2O ).water saturation salinity and organic element characteristics. With this, totally 32 species were determined of which 30 species of 17 genus of 8 subfamilies of 4 families of Tylenchoidea, Dolichodoridea. Hoplolaimoidea superf ami lies of Tylenchina suborder of Tylenchina order ; and 2 species were of Ditylenchus and Safianema genus of Anguinoidea superfamily of Hexatylina suborder of Tylenchida order. In this species ; Discotylenchus attenuatus SIDDIQI, Filenchus anguilonius ( WU ) SIDDIQI. F. cylindricaudus ( WU ) SIDDIQI, Neopsilenchus magnidens ( THORNE ) THORNE and MALEK, Tylenchorhynchus cylindiricus COBB, Quinisulcius acutus (ALLEN) SIDDIQI, MerTinius graminicola ( KIRJANOVA ) SIDDIQI, Scutylenchus stegus ( THORNE and MALEK ) SIDDIQI, Hel icotylenchus tunisiensis SIDDIQI, H. varicaudatus YUEN, Pratylenchoides leiocauda SHER.Safianema lutoense SIDDIQI are determined for the first time in the Nematoda fauna of Turkey.IV In this study 2new species are also described. These are Bitylenchus n.sp. and Malencus n.sp. The publications on this species will be promulgated in the future. On the otder hand, the male of Quinisilcius acutus ( ALLEN ) SIDDIQI was determined for the first time Nematoda fauna of the world. The most encountered species in this study are Filenchus filiformis ( BUTSCHLI ) MEYL, Boleodorus thylactus THORNE. Bitylenchus n.sp. and Partylenchus zea GRAHAM.
