Özet
Bu araştırmada, beşinci sınıf sosyal bilgiler dersi öğretim programına (SBDÖP) ilişkin, öğretmen görüşlerini değerlendirmek amaçlanmıştır. Veriler Erzincan il merkezi, ilçe ve bağlı köylerde, ortaokullarda görev yapan 101 sosyal bilgiler öğretmeninden elde edilmiştir. Veri toplama aracı olarak kişisel bilgi formunun yanı sıra SBDÖP değerlendirme ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Öğretmenlerin programın amaç, içerik, öğretim süreci, ölçme ve değerlendirme ve programının geneline ilişkin öğretmen görüşleri beş bölümde değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma sorularını cevaplamak için SBDÖP değerlendirme ölçeğinden elde edilen verilerden hareketle, araştırmanın birinci sorusunu cevaplamak için betimleyici istatistikler, ikinci soruyu cevaplandırmak için cinsiyet değişkeninde örnek t-testi, kıdem yılına göre programın değerlendirilmesinde ANOVA testi ve mezun olunan okul türü değişkeni ile ilgili veriler için Kruskal Wallis H testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda öğretmenler programın kazanım bölümü ile ilgili orta düzeyde, içerik bölümü ile ilgili iyi düzeyde, öğretim süreci bölümü ile ilgili orta düzeyde, ölçme ve değerlendirme bölümü ile ilgili orta düzeyde ve programın geneli ile ilgili orta düzeyde olumlu görüşe sahip oldukları tespit edilmiştir. Programa ilişkin öğretmen görüşleri cinsiyet, mezun olunan okul türü ve mesleki kıdem değişkenlerine göre anlamlı bir farklılık göstermemektedir.

This research aims to evaluate teacher opinions on social sciences lesson education curriculum for 5th grades. The data was obtained from 101 social science teachers who work at the secondary schools where exist in the city centre of Erzincan, districts and villages. In this respect; a questionnaire was applied to investigate social sciences curriculum and personal information of social science teachers. By using the questionnaire data, the teachers' opinions were determined. The teachers evaluated the curriculum in five sections: aims, content, education period, ölçme değerlendirme and the general of the curriculum. To answer the research's questions by using the data that maintained from SBDÖPDÖ; descriptive statics was used to answer the study's first question, at gender factor sample t-test was used for the second question, ANOVA test was used to evaluate the curriculum for seniority year and Kruskal Wallis H test was used for the data that depends on the factor of what kind of school the teachers graduated. According to the consequences of research it is determined that the teachers has average positive opinion on curriculum's aim section, education period, testing and evaluating and the general of the curriculum on the other hand it is determined that teachers has a good aspect on content. Any meaningful difference is determined with the evaluation of the gender, the graduated school type and job seniority.
