Özet
Eğitim, insana özgü unsurlara sahip ve süreklilik arz eden bir süreci ifade etmektedir. Sosyal devlet ilkesine paralel olarak devlet okullarında verilen eğitimin sınırlı kalması ve hızla gelişen teknolojiye yetişilememe gibi durumlar, velilerin öğrencilerini özel okula göndermesine neden oldu. Velilerin özel eğitim kurumlarını tercih nedenleri ve öğrencilerin memnuniyetlerini belirlemeye yönelik yapılan bu çalışma üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümünde; eğitim-öğretimin temel kavramları tanımlanmış ve literatürden faydalanılarak eğitim hizmetlerinin kavramsal çerçevesi belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. İkinci bölümünde yine literatürden yararlanılarak, özel eğitim kurumlarının türleri, sınıflandırılması ve tanımlanması yapılmıştır Üçüncü bölümünde; Şırnak İlindeki özel eğitim kurumlarına giden öğrenci velilerinin özel eğitim kurumlarını tercih nedenleri ve öğrenci memnuniyetini etkileyen faktörlerin belirlenmesine yönelik araştırma çalışması yer almaktadır. Araştırma çalışmasının verileri SPSS.20.0 paket programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgularda, velilerin özel okul tercih nedenlerinin eğitim kalitesi ve özel eğitim kurumlarının hizmet kalitesinin olduğu bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca, öğrencilerin memnuniyeti üzerinde, eğitim ve hizmet kalitesinin doğrudan etkili, xiii diğer faktörlerin ise dolaylı etkileri bulunduğu ve bu durumun demografik faktörlere göre değişmediği bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır.

Education, human-specific elements and have expressed an ongoing process. Social state principle parallel to the state schools the national education system in the framework of the training given the limited number of students is more than material deficiencies and rapidly evolving technology reached, such as inability conditions, financial situation over the children of families to private schools start sending in education, private sector activity has increased. Why parents and students choose private educational institutions is to determine the satisfaction of study consists of three main parts. In the first part of the study, defined the basic concepts of education and training services benefiting from the literature was to determine conceptual framework. In the second part, benefiting from literature, types of private educational institutions, classification and identification is made, the reasons for choosing these institutions and satisfaction factors are discussed. Final part of the study, parents of students going to private educational institutions in the province of Şırnak of the reasons for choosing private educational institutions and for the identification factors affecting student satisfaction research study is located. SPSS.20.0 research study data were analyzed with the program package. The reasons for choosing private schools and private education institutions quality of education was found the quality of service. Students' satisfaction, on thexv direct effect of the quality of education and services, indirect effects of other factors found to vary by demographic factors, and the findings of this condition has been reached.
