Özet
İnsanlık tarihi ile başlayan iletişim ve etkileşim, yöneten ile yönetilen ilişkisinin kesiştiği noktada siyaset kavramının da etkisiyle günümüze siyasal iletişim olgusunu dönüştürerek getirmiştir. Bu boyutta devreye giren dil, yeni bir şeyler söylemekle başlayan ancak daha da önemlisi var olan durumu yeniden üretmesiyle farklı bir tavra doğru bütün toplumları götürmektedir. Günümüzdeki siyasal akımlardan biri olan milliyetçilik olgusu ve çevresinde yaşanan değişim ve dönüşümler kaçınılmaz sonları hazırlarken yeni benlikleri de oluşturmaktadır. Bu çalışma siyaset, iletişim, milliyetçilik üçgeninde Kürt sorununun çözüme kavuşturulması noktasında öne sürülen fikirleri değerlendirmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Birinci bölümde siyasal iletişime ilişkin kavramsal bir çerçeve oluşturulmuş, ikinci bölümde Türk ve Kürt milliyetçiliğinin Türkiye'deki gelişimi Osmanlı'dan günümüze kadar geçirdiği değişimler değerlendirilmiş, üçüncü bölümde ise çözüm süreci kapsamında milliyetçi duruşları ile farklılaşan MHP ve BDP'nin, yazılı basında ne kadar sunulduğunu ortaya koymak adına bir içerik analizi yapılmıştır.

The communication and interaction that started with the history of humanity; brought the political communication fact to the present at a point where the relationship of ruler and the ruled intersects with the effect of politics concept. The language which steps in on this scale takes all the communities towards a different manner as a result of the regeneration of the case which started with uttering new things but of which the more important one exists. One of the most important inventions of modern-days, the Nationalism case and the changes and transformations happened around it created new conceits though prepared indispensable consequences. This study was carried out in an attempt to evaluate the opinions that were put forward in connection with the nationalism, resolution process, Kurdish problem, MHP, BDP and in an attempt to come up with a solution for the Kurdish problem within the context of politics, communication and nationalism. In the first section, a conceptual framework regarding the political communication was created and in the second section, the fact that what kind of course did the development of nationalism in Turkey from Ottoman until today have and in the third section, a content analysis in relation to search about how much MHP and BDP whose nationalistic manners became different within the context of resolution process were presented in the written media was carried out.
