Özet
Bu çalışmanın konusu Bozkır Kavimleri'ndeki iktisadi ve mesleki yapının ortaya konulmasıdır. Bozkır Kavimleri'nden kasıt başlangıçtan Uygur dönemi sonuna kadar olan Orta Asya menşeili Türk kavimleridir. Bu doğrultuda hazırlanan çalışma giriş, birinci bölüm, ikinci bölüm, üçüncü bölüm ve sonuç kısmlarından oluşmaktadır. Giriş kısmında tezin konusu, amacı ve önemi üzerinde durulmuştur. Birinci bölümde iktisat çeşitli yönleriyle ele alınmakla birlikte iklim ve coğrafyanın iktisadi yapı üzerindeki etkisi üzerinde durulmuştur. Bununla birlikte iktisadi unsurlardan olan göç, göçebelik, şehircilik, mülkiyet, istihdam ve sosyal tabakalanma gibi konular işlenmiştir. İkinci bölümde iktisadi yapıyı oluşturan faaliyetler üzerinde durulmuştur. Üçüncü bölümde de bu faaliyet türleri ekseninde gelişen mesleki yapının hangi şartlarda, hangi kapsamda ve nasıl icra edildiği gibi sorulara cevap aranmıştır. Sonuç kısmında ise ulaşılan neticelerin verilmesiyle birlikte konuya ışık tutan kaynakların verilmesiyle tez tamamlanmıştır. Tez konusu genel olarak arkeolojik ve yazılı kaynaklar ışığında destansal unsurlar da dikkate alınarak, dönemin özelliğine göre ortaya çıkan iktisadi zihniyet çerçevesinde ele alınmıştır. Nitekim iktisadi yapı genel olarak dönemin iktisadi zihniyeti çerçevesinde oluşmuştur. Bunun en büyük kanıtı destanlar, abideler ve kurganlardan çıkan malzemelerdir.

The object of this study is to reveal the economic and occupational structure of the Steppe Tribes. Steppe Tribes means that they are the Central Asia based Turkish tribes from the beginning until the end of the period of Uygur. The study which has been prepared in this direction is composed of the introduction, first chapter, second chapter, third chapter and the conclusion chapter. In the introduction chapter, it was focused on the subject, aim and importance of the thesis. First chapter discusses various aspects of economics with the economic impact of climate and geography on economic structure. However, the issues such as economic aspects of migration, nomadism, urban development, ownership, employment and social stratification were studied. In the second chapter, it was emphasized on the activities which formed economical structure. In the third chapter, some answers were searched to find in which conditions and in which context the occupational structure which developed on the axis of these activities are performed. In the concluding chapter, thesis has been completed with the administration of sources that shed light on the subject and the administration of reached results. In general, the topic of the thesisis discussed in the light of archaelogical and written sources by takingin to account the legendary elements depending on the nature of the period within the framework of the emerging economic mentality. Indeed, overall economic structure has been formed in the framework of economic mentality of the period. Legends, monuments and the materials originating from kurgans are the greatest proof of this.
