Özet
Atabetu'l-Ketebe, Büyük Selçuklu İmparatorluğu yöneticilerinden Sultan Sencer'in saltanatı dönemi ile ilgili münşeât mecmuasıdır. Mektup dâhil her türlü resmî ve hususi yazıyı toplayan münşeât mecmuaları yazıldığı dönemle alâkalı pek çok değişik konuya dair inşâ metinleri içermektedir. Bu bağlamda tarih bilimi ve edebiyat bilimi için oldukça ehemmiyet taşıyan kaynaklardır ve ilk olarak Gazneliler döneminde kendisini hissettirmiştir. Gazneliler döneminde ilk nümuneleri görülen Farsça münşeât geleneği Büyük Selçuklu İmparatorluğu döneminde ise yaygınlaşmıştır. Belirtmek gerekirse, Büyük Selçuklu İmparatorluğu döneminden bize ulaşan muhteşem eserlerin sayısı az değildir. Bu dönemden bize ulaşan muhteşem eserlerden biri de hiç şüphesiz Muntecebu'd-dîn Bedî'nin kaleme aldığı Atabetu'l-Ketebe adlı eserdir. Özellikle dönemin yönetimi ve teşkilatı hakkında fevkalade önemli bilgiler barındırmaktadır. Türkçe tercümesi bulunmayan bu eserin özellikle kültür tarihimize ışık tutacak bilgileri içermesi sebebiyle dikkate alınması ve incelenmesi gerektiği düşünülerek bu çalışmaya başlanmıştır. Çalışmamızın giriş kısmında eserin yazılmış olduğu Büyük Selçuklu İmparatorluğu dönemi genel olarak ele alınmıştır. Birinci bölümünde eserin yazılmış olduğu döneme kadar nesir ve münşeât geleneği üzerine bilgiler verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde Atabetu'l-Ketebe'nin yazarı Muntecebu'd-dîn Bedî'nin hayatına, dil ve üslubuna değinilip eserdeki münşeat büyük bir hassasiyet ile tahlil edilmiştir.

Atabetu'l-Ketebe is a munshaat journal about the Reign of Sultan Sencer who was one of the executives of the Great Seljuk Empire. Penned journals collect all kinds of formal and private writings including letters and also include construction texts about lots of various topics related to their written dates. Within this context, they are very important resources for both history science and literature science and firstly came into view during the Ghaznavid Sultanate. Persian munshaat tradition that came up recently became popular during the Great Seljuk Empire. To be more precise, the number of wonderful masterpieces that have come from the era of the Great Seljuk Empire is not so few. One of the masterpieces having come up to us from that era is undoubtedly Atabetu'l-Ketebe by Muntecebu'd-dîn Bedî. It has rather significant information especially about the era's management and organization. The aim of this study is to take into account and investigate Atabetu'l-Ketebe because this work without Turkish translation includes information that will shed light on our social life. In the introduction part of our study, the era of the Great Seljuk Empire in which the work was written is discussed in general. In the first section, information about prose and munshaat traditions until the writing date of the work is given. In the second section, it is mentioned about the life, language and style of Muntecebu'd-dîn Bedî, the writer of Atabetu'l-Ketebe and the munshaat style in this work is analyzed sensitively.
