Özet
O Z E KONVANSİYONEL YAPIM SİSTEMİNDE RASYONELLEŞME VE BİR ÖRNEK ÜZERİNDE İRDELENMESİ Bu Yapı Anabilimdalı Yüksek Lisans tezi beş bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde öncelikle tüm yapım sistemleri tanıtılmış ve konvansiyonel yapım sistemi yönünden bir değerlendirme yapılmıştır. Daha sonra günümüzde ve yakın gelecekte konvansiyonel yapım sisteminin neden güncelliğini koruyacağını açıklayabilmek amacı ile yapım sisteminin seçimini etkileyen faktörlere deyinilmiştir. Bu faktörler ışığında hangi unsurların konvansiyonel yapım sistemini zorunlu kıldığı ya da tercihine sebep olduğu anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır. ikinci bölümde; ilk olarak rasyonelleşme kavramı, içerdiği kalite ve maliyet kavramları ile açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Daha sonra yapı üretimindeki temel süreçler belirlenip konvansiyonel yapım sisteminin rasyonelleştirilebilmesi için bu üretim süreçlerinde hangi tedbirlerin alınabileceği araştırılmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde; konunun daha iyi kavranabilmesi için teoride ortaya konulan rasyonelleşme tedbirlerinin pratikte nasıl uygulanabileceği araştırılıştır. Bu amaçla konvansiyonel yapım sistemi ile üretilen bir toplu konut uygulaması seçilmiş ve bu örnek, üretim aşamalarında rasyonelleşme yönünden irdelenmiştir. Bu üretimde uygulanan teknikler, genelde uygulanan üretim teknikleri ve malzemeleri ile karşılaştırılarak rasyonelleşme oranı ve başarısı yönünden incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Dördüncü bölümde; bir yapı elemanını olan merdivenin imalatı irdelenerek, rasyonelleşme oranını değerlendirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Sonuç olarak son bölümde ise; tüm bölümlerden elde edilen veriler çerçevesinde konvansiyonel yapım sisteminin rasyonelleştirilme olanakları değerlendirilmiştir. m

U M M A R RATIONALISATION OF THE CONVENTIONAL CONSTRUCTION SYSTEMS DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS-IN SPECIAL CASE OF A MASS HOUSING PROJECT This MSc Thesis in department of Structure consists of five chapters. In the first chapter, all the construction systems are defined and an evaluation on the conventional construction system is done. After this, to explain why, today and in the near future, the conventional construction system will be of importance, factors affecting the selection of construction system are emphasised. With the help of these factors, an explanation on the factors forcing the selection of conventional construction system and making it the preference, is done. In the second chapter, a definition of rationalisation concept is primarily done according to the quality and cost concepts which it includes. After this, an examination on the precautions that must be taken in the production processes for the rationalisation of conventional construction system, is done by defining the basic processes in the construction production. In the third chapter, for a better understanding of the subject, it is examined how the rationalisation precautions that are put forward in theory can be applied in practice. For this purpose a mass housing application produced with conventional construction system is selected and the production stages of this example is emphasised from point of view of rationalisation. Techniques used in this production are compared with the generally used production techniques and materials and rationalisation ratio and success is examined. In the fourth chapter, production of stairs as a construction element is examined, and the rationalisation ratio is tried to be evaluated. Finally, in the last chapter, possibilities of rationalisation in conventional construction system is evaluated with the help of the data from all the previous chapters. n
