Özet
Bu çalışmada makrosiklik bileşiklerinin bir üyesi olan, 1,4,7-triazonan türevi içeren makrosiklik yapıdaki yeni monomerik metalsiz (H2Pc) ve metalli ftalosiyaninler (CuPc, NiPc, CoPc, ZnPc) sentezlendi. Çalışmada öncelikle 4-Nitroftalonitril bileşiği sentezlendi ve sonraki basamaklarda sırasıyla; etilendiamin ile 4-metilbenzen-1-sülfonilklorit bileşiğinin dietileter içerisinde sodyum hidroksit varlığında reaksiyonu sonucunda N,N'-(etan-1,2-diil)bis(4-metilbenzensülfonamid) bileşiği, dietanolamin ile tiyonil klorürün kloroform içerisinde susuz kloroform varlığında 10ºC'deki reaksiyonu sonucunda Bis(2-kloroetil)amin hidroklorür bileşiği, N,N'-(etan-1,2-diil)bis(4-metil benzensülfonamid) ile Bis(2-kloroetil)amin hidroklorür bileşiğinin susuz potasyum karbonat varlığında DMF içerisinde 60ºC'deki reaksiyonu sonucunda 1,4-ditosil-1,4,7-triazonan bileşiği, 1,3-dikloropropan-2-ol ile 1,4-ditosil-1,4,7-triazonan bileşiğinin DMF içerisinde N2(g) atmosferi altında susuz potasyum karbonat (K2CO3) varlığında 60ºC'deki reaksiyonu sonucunda 1,3-bis(4,7-ditosil-1,4,7-triazonan-1-il)propan-2-ol (A) bileşiği elde edildi. 4-nitroftalonitril ile 1,3-bis(4,7-ditosil-1,4,7-triazonan-1-il)propan-2-ol (A) DMF içerisinde N2(g) atmosferi altında susuz potasyum karbonat varlığında 60ºC'deki reaksiyonu sonucunda 4-((1,3-bis(4,7-ditosil-1,4,7-triazonan-1-il)propan-2-il)oksi)ftalonitril (B) bileşiği sentezlendi. Sentezlenen ftalonitrilden (B) önce metalsiz ftalosiyanini elde etmek için 1-bütanol çözücüsü ve DBU varlığında N2(g) atmosferi altında 120ºC'de manyetik karıştırıcılı ısıtıcı da karıştırılarak 10 saatte reaksiyon gerçekleşerek yeşil renkli H2Pc (1), metalli ftalosyaninleri elde etmek için sırasıyla uygun susuz metal tuzları CuCl2, NiCl2, CoCl2 kullanılarak N,N-Dimetiletanolamin çözücüsü ve DBU varlığında N2(g) atmosferi altında 140ºC'de 5 saatte, susuz Zn(CH3COO)2 ve 1-hekzanol çözücüsü DBU varlığında N2(g) atmosferi altında 160ºC'de 10 saatte manyetik karıştırıcılı ısıtıcı da reaksiyon gerçekleşerek hedeflenen yeşil renkli CuPc (2), NiPc (3), CoPc (4), ZnPc (5) elde edildi. Elde edilen tüm bileşiklerin yapıları IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, TG/DTA, UV-Vis, elementel analiz ile aydınlatılmıştır.

In this study, a member of the macrocyclic compound, 1,4,7-triazole derivative of the macrocyclic metal-free monomeric new structure (H2Pc) and metallo phthalocyanines (CuPc, NiPc, CoPc, ZnPc) were synthesized. Study, the first 4-nitrophthalonitrile compounds were synthesized and order in the next step; ethylenediamine with 4-methylbenzene-1-sulfonylchloride compound reaction in the presence of sodium hydroxide in diethylether N,N'-(ethane-1,2-diyl)bis(4-methylbenzenesulfonamide) compound, diethanolamine with thionyl chloride in anhydrous in the presence of chloroform reaction at 10ºC Bis(2-chloroethyl)amin hidroklor compound, N,N'-(ethane-1,2-diyl)bis(4-methyl benzenesulfonamide) and bis(2-chloroethyl)amin hidroklor compound 1,4-ditosyl-1,4,7-triazonane compound in the solvent at 60°C in DMF in the presence of anhydrous potassium carbonate, 1,3-dichloropropane-2-ol with 1,4-ditosyl-1,4,7-triazonane compounds of DMF in N2(g) under an atmosphere of anhydrous potassium carbonate (K2CO3) reaction at 60ºC in the presence of 1,3-bis(4,7-ditosyl-1,4,7-triazonane-1-yl)propan-2-ol (A) of compound was obtained. 4-nitrophthalonitrile with 1,3-bis(4,7-ditosyl-1,4,7-triazonane-1-yl)propan-2-ol (A) in DMF N2(g) under an atmosphere of anhydrous potassium carbonate reaction at 60ºC in the presence of 4-((1,3-bis(4,7-ditosyl-1,4,7-triazonane-1-yl)propan-2-yl)oxy)phthalonitrile (B) of compound was obtained. Synthesized from phthalonitrile (B) prior to metal-free phthalocyanine 1-butanol solvent and catalyst as DBU to give in the presence of N2(g) under an atmosphere of 120°C on a magnetic stirrer heating at for 10 hours reaction takes green H2Pc (1), metals respectively corresponding metal salts to give phthalocyanine anhydrous CuCl2, NiCl2, CoCl2 N,N-Dimethylethanolamine solvent and in the presence of DBU N2(g) under an atmosphere at 140ºC for 5 hours, Zn(CH 3COO)2 and 1-hexanol solvent and in the presence of DBU N2(g) under an atmosphere of 160ºC for 10 hours with a magnetic stirrer heating the reaction takes targeted green CuPc (2), NiPc (3), CoPc (4), ZnPc (5) was obtained. The resulting structures of all compounds of IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, TG/DTA, UV-Vis, is illuminated by elemental analysis.
