A company, that wants to survive in the business must consider three most important issues which are management, organisation, operation and finance. If a well planned organisation is managed by a management which is able to control all the operational activities effectively, then the financial situation of that company improves in the market, which is the main objective of a company. The performance of a company can be seen by looking at the financial ratios. This also shows the success of the management. For the operational performance, mainly, qualitative and quantitative analysis are used. Management style and organisational structure is determined by interviews and observations. In order to financial situation analysis, financial statements are considered as main tools. In this dissertation, a company called, As Turizm, is evaluated considering three aforementioned is to highlight the problems with its causes and solution to these problems. At the end of the dissertation, recommendations and discussion on the performance of the company according to the results obtained in this study are given.
