Özet (Çeviri)
It is important to understand how the organizational environment?distribution of benefits, policies, procedures, and supervisory treatment?shapes the attitudes of employees in the organization. From this perspective, the importance of perceived fair treatment and its effect on employee job satisfaction, job involvement, and job stress cannot be ignored. All dimensions of organizational justice?distributive, procedural, and interactional justice?have been found to be important workplace variables in shaping police job satisfaction, job involvement, and job stress. Distributive justice with demographic factors can explain 33.8% of variation in job satisfaction, 12.9 % of the variation in job involvement, and 14.8 % of the variation in job stress. Procedural justice with demographic factors can explain 35.3% of the variation in job satisfaction, 13 % of the variation in job involvement, and 20 % of the variation in job stress. Interactional justice with demographic factors can explain 36.6% of the variation in job satisfaction, 11.7 % of the variation in job involvement, and 15 % of the variation in job stress. These results revealed that interactional justice is a better predictor of job satisfaction than distributive and procedural justice, and procedural justice is a better predictor of both job involvement and job stress than distributive and interactional justice. The study employs multivariate regression analyses of survey data from Diyarbakır Police Department in Turkey found that staff perceptions of distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice had significant positive relationships with police job satisfaction, job involvement and significant negative relationship with job stress.
