It is desirable to find sequential policies for resource utilization in order to achieve the best possible total expected discounted returns. In this work we considered the following version of such problems, finitely many influential stochastic competitors with distinct discount rates when some of them are taken together simultaneously to provide a collective revenue, and competitors are generalized multiarmed bandit processes with finite number of states in finite lifetimes. We developed solution methods based on partitioning the alternatives into all possible mutually exclusive decision combinations which generates a finite search set together with branch and bound methods by using upper and lower bounds for the expected value of total discounted revenues under an optimal policy, to prune the decision tree for increasing the degree of computational efficiency.
