Özet (Çeviri)
Considering an undeniable factor that the process of human resource management in small and medium size companies has been a reason of continuous concern. this issue has been extensively discussed över the last 40 years. But here this thesis instead of fiiling ils contents vvith intentional excessive vvaffle. it approaches is quite goal-oriented. This thesis picks organizational learning from huge HRM pool. Because it is increasingly the case that within the academie literatüre, firms seeking to survive in rapidly changing and/or highly competitive markets are being advised to consider adopting an organizational learning philosophy as a strategy through vvhich to develop new approaches to delivering greater customer value. This view is apparently shared by the UK Government, vvhich has incorporated the concept of Lifelong Learning into its small firms support policy. Över the last tvvo decades the UK Government has massively expanded support for SME sector firms. Tvvo important elements of this expansion have been the funding of intervention by commercial consultants and the provision of training schemes covering start-ups, ovvner-manager development and employee skills acquisition. Argues that a fresh approach is required which ensures embedding of the concept that firms should be more self-responsible and continually strive to fınd vvays of enhancing their performance. This view then permits one to posit the idea that the introduction of organizational learning into the SME sector is a highly attractive proposition. To date, there have been various researches conducted on this topic; similarly this thesis is a humble attempt from my side not only to have a discussion on it in general but also to explore some unexplored avenues related vvith this issue that may further help us reaching at rather dovvn-to-earth conclusion.
