Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, Yenilenmiş Bloom Taksonomisi (YBT)'nin bilişsel süreç boyutuna dayalı analiz yaparak raporlar veren Web Tabanlı Uzman Sisteminin (WTUS) geliştirilmesi; bu analiz doğrultusunda verilen destekleyici eğitimin öğrencilerin akademik başarısı ile tutumlarına etkisini ortaya koyarak; öğretmen, öğrenci ve velilerin destekleyici eğitimle ilgili görüşlerinin belirlenmesidir. Karma araştırma yöntemiyle yapılan bu araştırmada, hem nicel hem de nitel veri toplanmıştır. Nicel veriler akademik başarı testi ve tutum ölçeği, nitel veriler ise yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formları ve gözlem aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Sekizinci sınıfta eğitim gören ve hafta sonu kurslarına katılan toplam 50 öğrenci, amaçlı örnekleme yöntemi kullanılarak belirlenmiştir; 25 kişi deney grubunu, 25 kişi de kontrol grubunu oluşturmuştur. Deney grubu WTUS sistemine dayalı olarak, kontrol grubu ise geleneksel yöntemle destekleyici eğitim almıştır. Yapılan ön-test ve son-test sonuçlarına göre her iki yöntemin de akademik başarıda anlamlı düzeyde bir artış meydana getirdiği görülmüştür. Ancak WTUS'a dayalı yöntemle elde edilen başarı ile geleneksel yöntemle elde edilen başarı arasında anlamlı düzeyde fark meydana geldiği ortaya çıkmıştır. Sonuç olarak WTUS'a dayalı yöntemin daha etkili olduğu görülmüştür. Ayrıca bu yöntemin öğrencilerin matematik tutumlarında pozitif yönde bir etki oluşturduğu görülmüştür. Elde edilen bu sonuçlar 59 öğretmen, 90 öğrenci ve 136 velinin görüşüyle açıklanmış ve yorumlanmıştır. Sonuç olarak, YBT'yi temel alan WTUS'a dayalı destekleyici eğitimin öğrencilerin başarılarında anlamlı düzeyde artış meydana getirdiği ve tam öğrenme sürecinde etkili olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu araştırmanın, web ortamını da öğretim ve değerlendirme sürecine dâhil ederek daha etkili ve verimli öğrenme süreci sağlaması açısından alana katkı sağlayacağı beklenmektedir.

The aim of this study is to develop Web Based Expert System (WBES) that give reports that make analysis based on the cognitive process dimension of Revised Bloom's Taxonomy (RBT) and in accordance with these analysis to state the opinions of teachers, students and their parents about supporting education by revealing the impact of the supporting education on the students' academic success and attitude scale. In this study, which was carried out through mixed research method, both quantitative and qualitative data were collected. The quantitative data were academic success tests, while the qualitative tests were done by means of semi-structured interview forms and observation. 50 students attending 8th Grade classes at school and weekend courses were determined using sampling method. There were experimental group and control group, each consisting 25 students. The experimental group was given supporting education based on WBES, whereas the control group was educated through traditional methods. According to the pretest and posttest results, it was seen that both methods increased the academic success in a significant level. However, there was a significant difference between the success obtained through the method based on WBES and traditional method. As a result, it was concluded that the method based on WBES was more efficient. Besides, it was also concluded that this method was not significant in students' math attitudes, but it had a positive impact. Theses obtained results were described and interpreted using the opinions of 59 teachers, 90 students and 136 parents. Consequently, it was revealed that the additional education based on WBES, which grounds on RBT was effective in complete learning process. This study is expected to contribute to the field in terms of providing more effective and productive learning process by including web based environments in teaching and evaluation process.
