Özet

Bu çalışma ameliyat döneminde uygulanan aktif ve pasif ısıtma yöntemlerinin hastalarda istenmeyen hipotermi üzerine etkisini incelemek ve hipoterminin operasyon sonunda uyanma süresine, ağrıya, titreme ve komplikasyonların oluşumuna, yoğun bakım ve hastanede kalış sürelerine etkisini incelemek amacı ile gerçekleştirildi. Çalışmanın evrenini, Abant İzzet Baysal Üniversitesi İzzet Baysal Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesinde Cerrahi Kliniğinde yatan, abdominal bölge ile ilgili ameliyat planlanan hastalar oluşturdu. Randomize olarak 30'ar kişilik üç grup hasta seçildi. İlk grup hasta ameliyat süresince aktif ısıtıldı (rezistif sistem-İstabul Medikal- Medwarm W-500D + 190*50 Cm), ikinci grup hasta ameliyat öncesi pasif olarak ısıtıldı (battaniye, çorap v.b.) ve üçüncü grup kontrol grubu olarak takip edildi. Veriler yüz yüze görüşme tekniği ve hasta izlemi ile araştırmacı tarafından toplandı. Veri analizlerinde SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) 20.0 programında kodlanarak; sayı, yüzde, t test, One-Way Anova, Kruskal Wallis ve uygun Post Hoc testleriyle değerlendirildi. This study is the investigate in the implementation of active and passive heating method to examine the effects of unplanned hypothermia in patients in the perioperative period and waking up at the end of the period of operation of hypothermia, pain, chills, complications of formation as well as conducted to examine the effects of the intensive care unit and hospital length of stay. This study comprised patients undergoing surgery related to abdomen surgery which are hospitalized at surgery of Abant Izzet Baysal University Izzet Baysal Education and Research Hospital. 90 people were selected randomly in three groups. The first group patient was heated active during surgery(Istanbul Medikal- Medwarm rezistive system-W-500D + 190 * 50 cm). The second group patients was heated preoperative as passive (blankets, socks etc.) and third groups were followed as a control group. Datas were collected by face to face interviews with researchers and patient follow-up.
