Özet
Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, sivil toplum kuruluşunda çalışanların depresyon, anksiyete ve stres düzeylerini ve değişkenlerin arasındaki ilişkileri incelemektir. Araştırmanın örneklemini, yaşları 18-53 aralığında değişen, 43 kadın ve 74 erkek olmak üzere toplam 117 sivil toplum kuruluşu çalışanı oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın verileri Lovibond ve Lovibond tarafından geliştirilen, 42 soruluk Depresyon Anksiyete Stres Ölçeği (DASÖ) ve demografik bilgilerin elde edilmesi için oluşturulan Kişisel Bilgi Formu aracılığı ile elde edilmiştir. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) for Windows 22.0 programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde tanımlayıcı istatistiksel yöntemleri olarak sayı, yüzde, ortalama, standart sapma kullanılmıştır. İki bağımsız grup arasında niceliksel sürekli verilerin karşılaştırılmasında Man Whitney-u testi, ikiden fazla bağımsız grup arasında niceliksel sürekli verilerin karşılaştırılmasında Kruskall Whallis testi kullanılmıştır. Kruskall Whallis testi sonrasında farklılıkları belirlemek üzere tamamlayıcı olarak Man Whitney-u testi testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre, STK çalışanlarının depresyon, anksiyete ve stres düzeylerinin normal aralıklarda olduğu görülmektedir. STK çalışanlarının depresyon ve anksiyete puanları ve grup yaş ortalamaları arasındaki fark anlamlı bulunmuştur. Ek olarak, depresyon ve yaş arasında da anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca literatüre paralel olarak, anksiyete ve depresyon, stres ve depresyon, stres ve anksiyete arasında yüksek, pozitif yönde anlamlı ilişki bulunmaktadır.

The main objective of this study is to investigate depression, anxiety and stress levels of the people working in the Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and correlation between these variables. The sample survey was carried out on 117 employees of NGOs in ages between 18-53 as consisting of“43 females”and“74 male”employees. The data were collected by using the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS) developed by Lovibond as composed of 42 queries, and the Personal Information Forms created to receive demographic information. The surveyed data were analyzed by using the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) for Windows 22.0 program. In the evaluation and analysis of the data numbering, percentage, average and standard deviation tools were used as the descriptive statistical methods. In the analysis and comparison of the quantitively continuous data in between two independent groups the“Man Whitney-u Test”and among more than two independent groups the“Kruskall Whallis tests”were used. For the correlation of the continues variables“Spearman Corrolation Analysis”were used. As per the results of the research, it is determined that depression, anxiety and the stress levels of the people working in NGO's are in normal ranges. The differentiation between the depression and the anxiety scores and the average in age of the sample group has meaningful relation. The same meaningful relation is also observed in between depression and the age. In addition to the above it has been confirmed by the results of investigation that there is a positive relation between anxiety and depression; stress and depression; and stress and anxiety, as complying with the literature.
