Özet
Bu çalışmada başlangıç bileşiği olarak kullanılan beş adet 1-aminopirimidin türevi bileşik literatüre göre sentez edildi. Bu başlangıç maddelerinden, beş adet yeni pirazolo[1,5-c]pirimidin türevi bileşik (SA-1, SA-2, SA-3, SA-4, SA-5) 3-klorasetilaseton (3-klorpentan-2,4-dion) ile reaksiyonlarından sentezlendi. Çıkış maddeleri; 1-amino-5-benzoil-4-fenil-1H-pirimidin-2-on, 1-amino-5-(4-metilbenzoil)-4-(4-metilfenil)-1H-pirimidin-2-on ve 1-amino-5-(4-metoksibenzoil)-4-(4-metoksifenil)-1H-pirimidin-2-on bileşikleri ile karbondisülfür ve 3-klorasetilaseton reaktiflerinin reaksiyonlarından, üç adet ditiyokarbonoimidat türevi yeni pirimidin bileşikleri (SA-6, SA-7, SA-8) sentezlendi. Bu tepkimelerde ürünler, genel olarak % 56-86 aralığında değişen iyi verimlerle elde edildi, saflaştırıldı, yapıları elementel ve spektroskopik yöntemlerle aydınlatıldı. Ayrıca; beş adet 1-aminopirimidin türevi bileşik ile sırasıyla p-tolualdehit, 4-metoksibenzaldehit ve 4-klorbenzaldehit'in reaksiyonlarından on adet imin türevi bileşik te (S 1-10) sentez edilmiştir.

The five 1-aminopyrimidine derivatives which were used as starting material in this study, were synthesized according to literature. Five new pyrazolo[1,5-c]pyrimidine derivative compounds (SA-1, SA-2, SA-3, SA-4, SA-5) were synthesized by the reactions of these starting materials with 3-chloroacetylacetone (3-chloropentane-2,4-dione). Three dithiocarbonoimidate derivatives which are novel pyrimidine compounds (SA-6, SA-7, SA-8) were synthesized by reactions of 1-amino-5-benzoyl-4-phenyl-1H-pyrimidine-2-one, 1-amino-5-(4-methylbenzoyl)-4-(4-methylphenyl)-1H-pyrimidine-2-one and 1-amino-5-(4-methoxybenzoyl)-4-(4-methoxyphenyl)-1H-pyrimidine-2-one with carbondisulphide and 3-chloroacetylacetone reagents. In general, products were purificated and achieved in a good yields (56-86 %) from these reactions. The structures of the new compounds confirmed by spectroscopic methods and elemental analyses. Additionally, ten imine derivative (S 1-10) compounds were synthesized by the reactions of the five 1-aminopyrimidine derivatives with p-tolualdehyde, 4-methoxybenzaldehyde and 4-chlorobenzaldehyde, respectively.
