Özet
Şer'iyye Sicilleri, Osmanlı Hukuk Tarihi için önemli tarihi kaynaklardandır. Bu tarihi kaynaklar içerisinde farklı belge türleri ve farklı belge konuları ile yazıldıkları dönemi aydınlatması bakımından önemli bir konuma sahiptirler. Bu belgelerden hareketle o dönemde taşrada görev yapan idari görevlileri, o dönemdeki yer, vakıf, cami, hamam ve mescid isimlerini, müslim-gayrimüslim ilişkilerini, evlilik-boşanma, icra edilen meslekleri, yiyecek ve hayvan fiyatlarını ve daha birçok konuyu bu kaynaklardan öğrenebilmekteyiz. Sivas Şer'iyye Sicilleri'nden 77 Numaralı Sicil çalışmamız esas olarak bir giriş ve 3 ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde, Şer'iyye Sicillerinde bulunan belge çeşitlerinden, şer'i mahkemelerdeki görevlilerden ve Sivas Şer'iyye Sicilleri ile 77 Numaralı Sivas Şer'iyye Sicili'nden bahsedilmiştir. Birinci bölümde, Defterde geçen belgelerin özetleri verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde, belgelerin transkripsiyonu verilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde ise; belgelerden hareketle Sivas'ın o dönem idari, ekonomik, sosyal ve diğer önemli konuları hakkında ayrıntılı bir değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır. Ayrıca belgelerde geçen belge konuları ve belgelerin türleri tablolar ile ayrıntılı bir şekilde verilmiştir. Bu bölümlerin dışında tezin sonunda sonuç bölümü, ekler kısmında tezin orijinal belgeleri, ondan sonra yararlanılan bibloyografyanın listesi ve en son kısımda indeks bölümü verilmiştir.

Court Records is an important historical source for Ottoman Law History. Within these historical sources, they have an important position in terms of enlightening the period in which they are written with different document types and different document subjects. According to these documents, the administrative officers who worked in the province at that time, the place, foundation, Our Register No. 77 from the Sivas Court Records consists mainly of an introduction and 3 main sections. In the introduction section, the types of documents found in Court Record, Şer'i were mentioned from the officials in the courts and from Sivas Court Records and Sivas Court Records 77. In the first part, summaries of the documents mentioned in the Notebook are given. In the second part, the documents are transcribed. In the third chapter; A detailed evaluation of the administrative, economic, social and other important issues of Sivas at that time was made. In addition, the types of documents and documents mentioned in the documents are given in detail with tables. Outside of these sections, the final section of the thesis, the original documents of the thesis at the appendices, the list of the bibliographies used after that, and the index section at the end of the thesis are given.
