Özet
Bu tezin amacı Sürgün Edebiyatı'nı kuramsal bir zemine oturtmaktır. Bu çalışma öncesinde, Türk ve Batı Edebiyatı kaynakları araştırılmış ve Sürgün Edebiyatı'nın kavram olarak değil, kapsayıcı genel bir başlık olarak kullanıldığı sonucu çıkmıştır. Bu çalışmadaki amaç ise, Sürgün Edebiyatı'nın edebiyat bağlamında ele alınması ve edebiyat kuramları çerçevesinde incelenmesi gerekliliğini ortaya koymaktır. Ayrıca“Sürgün Edebiyatı”nın edebiyatın bir alt başlığı olduğunu, ve sürgün edebiyatının her sürgüne gitmiş yazarı kapsamayacağı tezinin de ortaya konulması hedeflenmiştir. Bu bağlamda Sürgün Edebiyatı kavramının temellendirilmesi için, çalışmada önce kelime olarak“Sürgün”üzerinde durulmuştur. Ardından; sürgünün ceza olarak tarihsel geçmişi, kutsal kitaplardaki vurgusu açıklanmıştır. Çalışmanın konusu Türk Edebiyatı olduğu için, Türk tarihinde devlet politikası olarak sürgünün ne olduğu üzerinde durulmuştur. Osmanlı İmparatorluğu döneminde devlet politikası olarak uygulanan İskân Politikası, sürgün ile karıştırılmaması için anlatılmıştır. Sürgünle sıkça karıştırılan göç kavramı incelenmiş, farklarının açıkça anlaşılabilmesi için siyasî ve sosyal açıdan örnekler verilmiştir. Sürgünün göç ile arasındaki farktan sonra, sürgünün birey üzerindeki yansımaları değerlendirilerek, travmatik etkisinin ne denli kuvvetli olduğu izah edilmiştir. Bu izahlarla Sürgün Edebiyatının Göç Edebiyatından da ayrılması sağlanmış, ve ardından kavram tartışmalarına girilmiştir. Sürgün Edebiyatının, sürgünde edebiyat ve sürgün edebiyatçılardan ayrılması gerektiği ve, Sürgün Edebiyatının muhtevası yönünden eser odaklı olması gerektiği tartışılmış, örneklerle desteklenmiştir. Sürgünde Edebiyat; edebî eserlerin hangi durumda kaleme alındığını ortaya koyarken, Sürgün Edebiyatı; edebî eserin, bizatihi kendisinin sürgünlükle olan ilişkisi olmalıdır. Çalışma, Türk Edebiyatı'nın modernleşme evresiyle Cumhuriyet Dönemi arasını kapsamaktadır ve kavramın anlaşılabilmesi açısından eser örnekleri üzerinden ilerlemiştir. Çalışmanın kapsadığı dönem itibariyle literatürde adı geçen her sürgüne gönderilen edebiyatçı ve eserleri üzerinde kısaca durularak çalışmanın temelinde yer alan kavram tartışması yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmada yer alan eserlerin ve yazarların incelenmesi daha da derinleştirilebileceği gibi, cumhuriyet dönemindeki eserler üzerinde aynı tartışma incelenebilir.

The purpose of this thesis is to put the Exile Literature on a conceptual level. At the beginning of this study, the sources of Turkish and Western literature were researched and the end result was that the Exile literature was used as a general title, not as a concept. The purpose of this study is to reveal the necessity of the study of the Exile Literature in the context of literature and the literature theories. It was also aimed to show that the“Exile Literature”is a subset of literature, and that the thesis of exile literature can not cover every exiled writers. In this context, in order to base the concept of the Exile literature, the word“exile”was first emphasized in the study. Behind; The history of the exile as punishment, the emphasis on the sacred books were explained. As the subject of the work is Turkish literature, it is emphasized what is the exile as a state policy in Turkish history. The Settlement Policy, which was implemented as a state policy during the Ottoman Empire period, was told not to be confused with exile. The concept of immigration, which is often confused with exile, has been examined and examples have been given in terms of political and social aspects in order to clearly understand their differences. After the difference between the exile and the immigration, the reflection of the exile on the individual is evaluated to show how strong the traumatic effect is. With these explanations, it was ensured that the Exile Literature was also separated from the Migration Literature, and then the concept discussions was entered. It has been argued that the Exile Literature should be separated from literatüre on the exile, and exiled writers and was argued that the Exile Literature should be work-oriented in terms of the content, supported by examples. Literature on the Exile; while revealing the situation in which the literary works were taken, the Exile literature; The literary work must itself be the relation to its exile.The study covers the period between the modernization phase of the Turkish Literature and the Republic Period and progressed through examples of works in terms of understanding the concept. In the period covered by the work, a conceptual discussion was made on the basis of the work by briefly focusing on the literary figures and works sent to every exile mentioned in the literature. The examination of the works and authors in this study can be further deepened, and the same discussion can be examined on the works of the republic period
