Özet
This thesis study was based on the development of a new statistical method for the simultaneous spectrophotometric determination of metronidazole, a commonly used antibiotic, and metoclopramide, a drug of the antiemetic class. Co-use of different active ingredients is used to treat more than one condition or side effect of an active ingredient. This new statistical method on metronidazole and metoclopramide will be performed by chemometrically evaluating the obtained data. Our new statistical method to be established is to lead the formation of combinations of metronidazole and metoclopramide with new or different compounds to be developed and to bring benefits to the pharmaceutical industry by chemometric methods.
