Özet

57 deneme gruplarında sırasıyla 8.86 ± 0.79, 7.36 ±1.17, 8.39 ± 0.99 ve 8.64 ±1.18 nmol/g. YA bulundu. Seruîn linoleik, linolenik ve araşidonik asitler arasındaki korelasyon katsayıları istatistiki olarak önemsiz bulundu. Derialtı yağ dokusu ise II. grupta linoleik- lİnolenik,, linoleik-araşidonik arasında negatif ve V. grupta ise linoleik-araşidonik arasında pozitif korelasyon bulundu. Abdominal yağ dokusunda da, IV. grupta linoleik-araşidonik arasında pozitif korelasyon derecesinde önemliydi (p<0.05). Ön çalışmayla, kazlar için, literatürlerde karşılaşılmayan serum, derialtı ve abdominal dokudaki esansiyel yağ asitlerinin normal değerleri tesbit edildi.59 significant statistically between groups I-IV, III-V and IV-V.(p<0.0 1). Linolenic acid in the control group 22.90 ± 2.27 nmol/ml, in experimental groups 24.20 ± 2.09, 36.52 ± 3.76, 49.18 ± 4.26 and 20.66 ± 2.56 nmol/ml respectively, and the difference between groups I-in, I-IV, II- in, H-IV, in-IV, III-V and IV-V. was significant (p<0.01). Arachidonic acid in the control group 10.57 ± 0.86 nmol/ml, in experimental groups 10.70 ± 0.83, 9.04 ± 0.64, 5.80 ± 0.90 and 9.48 ±1.11 nmol/ml respectively, and the difference between groups I-m, I-IV, H-in, II-IV, in-IV, m-V and IV-V. was found to be significant (pO.01). Average values of linoleic acid in subcutan fatty tissue in the control group 14.74 ± 1.8 nmol/g wet wt, in experimental groups 16.23 ± 1.16, 23.42 ± 2.85, 34.63 ± 3.57 and 8.95 ± 0.82 nmol/g wet wt respectively, and the difference between groups I-in, I-IV, II-III, H-IV, H-V, in-IV and in-V. was found to be significant (p<0.01). Linolenic acid in the control group 8.42 ± 0.81 nmol/g wet wt, in experimental groups 8.90 ± 0.70, 17.21 ± 1.33, 22.92 ± 2.31 and 6.98 ± 0.37 nmol/g wet wt respectively, and the difference between groups I-III, I-IV, II-III, II-IV, III- IV, III-V and IV-V. was significant (p<0.01). Arachidonic acid in the control group 5.59 ± 0.60 nmol/g wet wt in experimental groups 5.13 ± 0.67, 5.45 ± 0.57, 4.20 ± 0.42 ve 6.76 ± 0.84 nmol/g wet wt respectively. Average values of linoleic acid in abdominal fatty tissue in the control group 19.58 ± 2.37 nmol/g wet wt, in experimental groups 28.27 ± 4.75, 49.0 ± 11.27, 61.01 ± 9.98 and 18.40 ± 1.15 nmol/g wet wt respectively, and the difference between groups I-III, I-IV, II-IV and IV-V. was found to be significant (pO.01).
