Özet

Malzeme ve stok yönetimi gerek kurum giderleri açısından gerek depolama açısından oldukça önem teşkil eden bir durumdur. Yeterince yönetilemediği zamanlarda depolama maliyeti, kontrol-koruma zorluğu, tarih geçme, bozulma, kullanılamama, demode olma, stok bitmesi gibi durumlarla karşılaşılabilir. Söz konusu olan hastaneler ise bu durum daha özverili ve güvenli şekilde yapılmalıdır. Stok yönetimi gerçekleştirme ve analizini sağlamak amacıyla sağlık kurumlarında; Stok koordinasyon birimleri, taşınır kayıt kontrol yetkilileri, satın alma birimleri ve ihtiyaç tespit komisyonları oluşturulmuştur. Bu komisyonlar stokları denetleme anlamında sağlıklı sonuçlar verse de bir sonraki evre olan tedarik zincirinde bazı gecikmelere sebebiyet verebilir. Personellerin iyi eğitilmiş olması bu yüzden bir gerekliliktir. Konuya aşina personeller malzeme ve stok kontrolünü düzgün bir şekilde yapması beklenir, tedarik vakti geldiğinde ise komisyonların onay sürecini göz önünde bulundurarak ekstra süreleri de hesaplama yetisine sahip olmalıdırlar. Bu çerçevede sağlıklı bir malzeme-stok yönetimi bir kurumun çalışma tabanı olarak görülebilir. Sağlıklı bir tabanı bünyesinde bulunduran kurumlar ise alım gücü olarak yüksek potansiyele sahip olacak ve dolayısıyla hizmet kalitesi artacaktır.

Material and inventory management institutions need to resolve the situation, which constitutes a very important need in terms of in terms of storage. In case of insufficient storage cost management, control-protection difficulties, late age, deterioration, inability to use, obsolescence, inventory status, such as the end may be in question. In this case the hospital to be kept under control in a more secure and self-sacrificing way. Inventory management in health institutions to ensure the implementation and analysis; Stock coordination unit, portable recording control officials, purchasing units and needs assessment commissions have been formed. These commissions if healthy stocks within the meaning of the results and also check the next stage in the supply chain can cause some delay. The staff is well-trained so they are a necessity. Subject materials and inventory control staff judge is expected to make a proper manner, the time came when the supply is well worth the extra time considering the approval process of the commission should have the computing power. healthy material-stock management in this context can be seen as a working base of an institution. The institutions have to be in a healthy base structure with high potential will increase the purchasing power and hence the quality of service.
