Özet

Giriş ve Amaç: Elektif şartlarda koroner bypass operasyonu geçiren hastaların preoperatif-postoperatif nötrofil/lenfosit (NLO) ve trombosit/lenfosit (PLR) oranlarının mortalite üzerine olan etkileri araştırıldı. Gereç ve Yöntem: Bu çalışma Dicle Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesinde 2012-2016 yılları arasında elektif şartlarda koroner bypass uygulanan 30-88 yaş arasında 500 hastanın preoperatif-postoperatif nötrofil/lenfosit, trombosit/lenfosit oranlarının mortalite üzerine olan etkileri karşılaştırıldı. Bulgular: Hastaların %69,5'i erkek, %30,5'i kadın olduğu saptandı, %3,6'sı 60 yaş ve üstü olduğu görüldü. Çalışmaya alınan hastaların 455'inin (%91) şifa ile taburcu edildiği, 45' inin de (%9) ex olduğu saptandı. Introduction and Purpose: In this study, the effects of preoperative-postoperative neutrophil/lymphocyte (NLO), platelet/lymphocyte (PLR) ratios on the mortality were investigated in patients who underwent coronary bypass operation under elective coronary bypass surgery. Methods: This study compares the effects of preoperative-postoperative neutrophil/lymphocyte, platelet/lymphocyte ratios on the mortality in 500 patients in the 30-88 age group, who underwent coronary bypass under elective conditions between 2012 and 2016 at Dicle University Faculty of Medicine. Results: Of the patients, 69.5% was male, 30.5% was female, 3.6% was 40 years old and below, 40% was in the 41-60 age group, and 56.4% was 60 years old and over. It was determined that 455 (91%) of the patients were discharged with a full recovery, whereas 45 (9%) of the patients included in the study were exitus.
