As per history indicates its seems very vital to have an idea about how people think and their using habit of technology by there age group and at what level they accept new innovative technology. As we all know the growth rate of using of Smartphone and tablets is increasing so much in several countries and especially in Turkey, So it is very important to study how and to which extant people can accept and use technology today in Turkey. So people especially from marketing, application developer or traders they really wish to know how any new technology in smart phone or tablets can effect online shopping, people habits, their feedbacks. Its clear and even many researches shows in all over the world, Especially in Turkey as today the Smartphone are not only left with calling or massaging options now the new technology make things a lot more easier and fast. The portal for statistics state us that increase in using Smartphone in turkey is around 41 million after 2016, So its mean that more then 50% of Turkish people living in Turkey are using internet access on their smart phones and tablets. Even from this we can understand that how important is to study about people behaviors, habits and experiences about new technologies in smart phones. For e-commerce and online shopping point of view now its become very important to know the acceptance of technologies in smart mobile phones and tablets because if the app developer make something complicated to understand or digital marketing will not suitable or accepted for people behavior then it will be the great loss for online shopping stores, That's why the research used the UTAUT model, with constructs performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence, facilitating condition and behavior intention to use & the most important thing is to find out the positive correlation between given factory and behavior intention to use.
