Özet

ÖZET Müzik, insana özgü tüm duyguların anlatımı olduğu gibi insanın gelişimini de sağlar. Tarihi süreçte müzikjnsan sesi ile başlamış,çalgıların bulunması ve geliştirilmesi ile de güçlenmiştir. Bu çalgılardan piyano,geliştirildiği klasik devirden bu yana, Avaıpa'da önemli bestecilerce yeğlenmiştir. Bu bestecilerin piyano için yazdıkları eserler, ülkelerinin sınırlarını aşarak, geniş halk kitlelerine ulaşmış, çalgının sevilmesini sağlamıştır. Çok sesli müzik yapabilme ve piyano ile forte arasındaki tüm ses gürlüklerini elde ederek müzikal anlatıma değişik boyutlar kazandırabilme gibi üstün nitelikleriyle, piyanonun evrensel müzikteki yeri yadsınamaz. Türk müzik devriminin temeli olan, Ulu önder Atatürk'ün“Müzikte ulusal öz yapıyı koruyup geliştirerek çağdaşlaşma, evrenselleşme”görüşünün geliştirilmesinde, sanatsal kalkınmamızın sağlanmasında, piyanonun sevilen, evrensel çalgı niteliği kullanılmalı, ülkemizde de piyanoya gereken önem verilmelidir. Bunun tek yolu“eğitim”dir. Türkiye, genel nüfus oranına göre gençliğin yaygır olduğu bir ülkedir. Bu nedenle, büyük oranda genel sanat eğitiminin sağlanmasında örgün sanat eğitimine daha fazla önem verilmelidir. Eğitim fakülteleri müzik eğitimi bölümlerinin asıl amacı, gençliğin eğitildiği ilk- orta dereceli okullara müzik öğretmeni yetiştirmektir. Programsız örgün öğretim olmaz. Program,gelecekte öngörülen olumlu değişimin uygulanabilmesini sağlayan kurallar bütünüdür. Özündeki“geleceğe ilişkin olma ve değişkenlik”unsuru,yürütülen eğitim programlarının belirli zaman aralıklarında sorgulanmasını gerektirir. Sorgulamanın temel biçimi, programın doğrudan doğruya içinde yer alan uygulayanlara (öğreticiler) ve uygulananlara (öğrenciler) danışmadır.Bunun için eğitim fakülteleri müzik eğitimi bölümlerinde piyano eğitiminin geliştirilmesi amacına yönelik ana çalgı ve yardımcı çalgı piyano öğreticileri ve öğrencilerine bir anket düzenlenmiştir. Bu ankette, program geliştirme amacına yönelik sorularla, programın geleceğe ilişkin olma ve değişkenlik unsuaı gözönünde bulundurulmuştur. Bu amaçla Sayın Enver Tufan'ın 1987 yılında hazırladığı“Müzik Öğretmeni Yetiştiren Yüksek Öğretim Kurumlarında Ana Çalgı Piyano Eğitiminin Programlar Yönünden İncelenmesi”konulu Yüksek Lisans tezinden yararlanılmıştır. Böylece, 1987'den günümüze,öğreticilerin ve öğrencilerin program geliştirmeye ilişkin görüş ve düşüncelerindeki değişimin örnekseme yolu ile belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. II

ABSTRACT Music is the expression of all the senses which are speacial to human beings and it reinforces the development of them. In its historical procedure music has started with human voice and become strong by means of musical instruments invented and developed later. As a musical instrument the piano has been preferred by the composers in Europe since the classical age it was developed. Those composers wrote compositions about piano and they were played by large number of pianists not only in their countries but also all over the world and piano becamce popular. Piano has a very important place in the universal mu^ic. Because its place in polyphonic music in which the musicians can get the sounds between the piano and the forte and so that the musical expression can gain different dimensions. For this reason the place of the piano in the universal music can't be denied. The base of the revolution it the Turkish music is expressed by the great leader M.Kemal ATATÜRK with these words:“We must save our national structure while we are trying to become comtenporary and universal in music”while we are developing this view of ATATÜRK and securing the artistic development we must use the piano as a popular and universal instalment. We must consider its place and importance as in the world and we can do it with only the education. Turkey is a country that according to its general population a lot of young people live in it. For that reason we must give more importance to the organised art education. The main purpose of the music departments of the educational faculties is to educate the music teachers who will teach music in secondary school in which young people are educated. We can't consider an organised education vithout a programme. A programme is the unity of the rules which are used for securing the changes the at are put forward in future. Because the education programmes are for the future and IIIunstable so they must be cross-examined from time to ~time. The main type of crossexaniining is to ask advice of both lite instructors“ who teacli ”and the students“ who are taught about the programme. For this reason this investigation was applied to both the instructors and the students in music departments of several educational faculties for securing the development in the piano education; piano as a main instrument and supplementary instalment. In this investigation, the questions were prepared and applied according to the idea that the programmes had to be usufel for the education in future and them unstablity. The pastgraduate thesis prepared by Mr.Enver Tufan 1987 ”Investigation of the programmes in piano education as a main instrumen: in music teacher training departments of educational faculties" is a helped me very much while I was preparing my thesis. So I've tried to find out the canges in both the students and the instructars' ideas about making progress in the programme since 1 987 by analogy. IV
