Özet
ÖZET Sağlık sektöründe karşılaşılan zorluklar ve bu zorlukların sağlık çalışanları üzerinde yarattığı olumsuz etkilerin neticesinde çalışan tutum ve davranışlarında ve sunulan hizmet kalitesinde düşüşler yaşanmaktadır. Doğrudan insan hayatıyla ilgili, hata kabul etmeyen sağlık sektöründe iş doyumu düşük olan çalışanların kaliteli bir hizmet sunması ve hasta tatminini sağlaması mümkün değildir. Bu çalışmada çalışanların iş memnuniyetlerinin, performansları üzerinde etkisinin olup olmadığının belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Memnuniyet düzeyini belirlemeye yönelik ölçek ile iş performansını belirlemeye yönelik ölçek İstanbul ili Avrupa yakasındaki eğitim araştırma hastaneleri bünyesinde çalışan personellere uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda ortam ve ücretten memnuniyetin iş performansını etkilemediği, işten memnuniyet ve kurum ve yöneticiden memnuniyetin ise iş performansını olumlu yönde etkilediği ve artırdığı tespit edilmiştir. İş performansının ise genel memnuniyeti olumlu olarak etkilediği ve artırdığı saptanmıştır.

SUMMARY The difficulties faced in the health sector has a negative effects on health workers, and these difficulties led to the decreasing of attitudes, behaviors and the decreasing of the quality of service offered. When it is about people's life, the health sector can not accept mistake in work. For that reason, it is not possible for unsatisfied workers to provide good quality in service and realize the satisfaction of the patients. This study is aimed to determine whether the employee's job satisfaction has an impact on their performance or not. The scale for determining the level of satisfaction and the level of the performance of the work were applied to the working staff in the training and research hospitals of the european side of the province of istanbul. The result of the research determined that satisfaction with environment and wages, did not affect business performance but satisfaction with work, company and manager have a positive influence on business performance. To conclude, in this research, it was found, that the satisfaction of the working staff has a positive influence and increase the business performance too. .
