This thesis reviews the effectiveness of CRM practice within the context of customer satisfaction, loyalty and cross sales in a specific Turkish Retail Bank, namely Vakifbank. The research aims to supply empirical evidence about the CRM effectiveness in Vakıfbank, Turkey. Quantitative research techniques were implemented in this research. A questionaire was prepared and survey was made by means of face to face meetings and online. 300 customers of the bank participated to the survey throughout Turkey. Correlation between customer satisfaction, loyalty, cross sales and CRM was tested in this research. The survey results were evaluated by using SPSS 18.0 programme. According to the analysis in the light of the survey results obtained from 320 bank customers, CRM and customer satisfaction, cross-selling, customer loyalty are significantly related to each other. The originality of this paper comes from the idea that the subject of CRM have not been studied in Vakıfbank before. In this respect, the conclusions derived from this research can help marketers in banking sector.
