Özet

ÖZET Bu araştırmanın genel amacı, Türk Milli Eğitim Sistem' inde İlköğretim öğretmenlerini güdüleme sorunlarının neler olduğunu saptamaktır. Bu amacı gerçekleştirebilmek için Ankara ili merkeze bağlı ilçelerdeki ilköğretim okulları seçilmiştir. Hazırlanan anketler bu okullarda görev yapan sınıf öğretmenlerine uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler likert tipi beşli dereceleme ölçeğine göre önem sırasına dizilmiştir. Anket kişisel bilgiler, ilköğretim öğretmenlerinin çalıştıkları okul-okulun içinde bulunduğu çevre ve görevlerine ilişkin görüşleri, güdüleyici yönetici tutumuna ilişkin görüşler, Milli Eğitim Sisteminin ilköğretim öğretmenlerine uyguladığı güdüleme etkenleri ilköğretim öğretmenlerini güdüleme sorunları ve güdüleme sorunlarına getirilen çözüm önerilerinden oluşmuştur. Elde edilen verilerin tüm grup için aritmetik ortalaması, frekansı, yüzdelikleri, standart sapmaları bulunmuş ve yorumlama kısmında ele alınmıştır. Ayrıca öğretmenlerin görüşlerinin cinsiyet ve yaş değişkenlerine göre farklılaşıq farklılaşmadığı wt“ testi ve bir boyutu varyans analizi ”F" testi ile çözümlenmiştir. Grupların görüşleri arasıdaki farkın anlamlılığını test etmede 0.05 düzeyi esas alınmıştır.

SUMMARY The, general objective of this research is to determine the coordination problems of teachers employed in the primary schools of the Turki sh National Education System. To fill this objective, the primary schools within the city center of Ankara are chosen. Surveys prepared (questionaries) were applied to teachere employed in these schools. Data mathered were put into priority squsnce by using. Likert type scale with five grade. Survey contained information about personal date, the scools where the primary school teacher was employed, the enviroment where the school was located, views of teachers with respect to their duties, their opinions about the coordination attitutes of their administrators, the coordinston effects brought by the National Education System as seen in applications with respect to primary school teachers, the solutions provided with respect to coordination problems. The arithmetic mean of ail of the data for the entire group the frequencies, standart deviations were computed and worked on in section about interpretations.In additon, to see if views of the teachers differ according to sex and are variables, nt“ test and oner- dimensional variance analysis ”F" test were used. In testine the significance of difference in views of the groups, 0.05 level of significance was used.
