Özet

Amaç: Adeziv kapsülit olgularında geleneksel tedavi protokolüne (fizik tedavi ve ev egzersiz programı) eklenen çoklu SSB uygulamasının ağrı, fonksiyonellik ve eklem hareket açıklığı üzerindeki etkilerini belirlemek. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Retrospektif olarak planlanan çalışmada yaşları 23 ile 65 arasında değişen 42 adeziv kapsülit olgusu değerlendirildi. Tedavi grubuna fizik tedavi ve ev egzersiz programı ile birlikte toplam 3 defa SSB; kontrol grubuna fizik tedavi ve ev egzersiz programı verilmiştir. Olguların tedavi öncesi, 1., 2., 3 hafta ve 3 ay ortalama ağrı düzeyleri görsel analog skala (VAS) kullanılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Aynı zamanda tedavi öncesi, 3 hafta (tedavi sonu) ve 3 ayda aktif ve pasif omuz eklem hareket açıklıkları (EHA), omuz ağrı ve dizabilite indeksi (SPADİ) ve Constant skoru değerlendirilmiştir. Objective: To determine the efficacy of combination of the multiple SNB and conventional treatment (physical therapy and home exercise program) on pain, functionality and range of motion (ROM) in patients with adhesive capsulitis. Material and Methods: A retrospective study was planned for 42 adhesive capsulitis patients between 23 and 65 ages. While physical therapy and HER were given to control group, combination of SNB with physical therapy and HER were administred in the treatment group. Patient's prior to the treatment, 1st, 2nd, 3rd week and 3rd mounth pain severity were measured by Visual Analog Scale. Active and passive shoulder range of motion (ROM), Shoulder Pain and Disability İndex (SPADİ) and Constant score were also evaluated prior to the treatment, 3rd week (at the end of the treatment) and 3rd mounth after the treatment.
