vra SUMMARY The Epics, which are named as“Batırlar Cırı”, constitute one of the most part of oral literature among Kazakhs. The legand of Kambar Batir, that is the subject of my study, is one of the leading epic form of Batırlar Cin. The epic we have mentioned is a historic and social. Focusing on different elements of this epic poem, which was published by the Institute of Kazakh language and literature, I tried to analyzed it. I studied the formation and the scope of this epic in the“introduction part”. I gave information about the works done for composing of this epic and the oral tradition of the legand among Kazakh Turkish. In the first part of my thesis, I held the plot and episode and characters of this epic. I analyzed it in language, styl and the particularities of written form. Finding and examining of the motives, which is the major part of my thesis, formed the second part. The transcription of the text and the Turkish version in Turkish languae used in Türkiye took place in the“Third Part”. I prepared the index of persons names, places, animals and the things according to their numbers of line. I mentioned only the names of books I refered to and availed in the bibliography.
