Özet

İkinci trimesterdeki gebelerin cinsel doyumları ve benlik saygısı, gebelik psikolojisini etkileyen önemli bir araştırmadır. Tez içerisinde bu durumların psikolojik etkilerine ölçek çalışmalarıyla birlikte yer verilmiştir. Tezin yazılış amacı, normal yaşantıya göre hamileliğin cinsel doyuma etkisini araştırmaktır. Bu tez içerisinde bu etkinin 2.trimesteri etkileyeceği öngörülmüştür. Buna ek olarak 2. trimesterde, gebe kadının kilo alımına bağlı benlik imajı sarsılması, cinsel doyuma ulaşamaması gibi etmenler, benlik saygısını olumsuz etkileyebilmektedir. Yapılan Kolmogorov-Smirnov normallik test sonucuna göre, Golombok-Rust cinsel doyum ve alt boyut puanlarının normal dağılım göstermediği sonucuna varılmıştır. Alt boyutlar arasında bulunan ilişki sıklığı, iletişim puanı, doyumu, kaçınma puanı, dokunma, vajinismus, anorgazmi ve cinsel doyumu normal bir dağılım göstermemektedir. Benlik saygı puanı ile doyum puanı arasında aynı yönde, çok düşük düzeyde anlamlı bir ilişki olduğunun bulunması, 2. trimesterdeki gebelerin benlik saygısı ile cinsel doyumu arasında aynı yönde bir ilişki bulunduğunu göstermektedir.Gebe kadınların, tıbbi bir sorun olmaması durumunda, 2. trimesterde cinsel ilişkiye girmesinde herhangi bir sorun bulunmamaktadır. Bunun yanında 2. trimesterde eşin, gebe eşine olan iletişimine dikkat etmesi, cinsel ilişki hakkında bilgiler edinmesi ve annenin vücut imajına bağlı benlik saygısı azalışına mahiyet vermemesi gerekmektedir.

Sexual satisfaction and self-esteem of second trimester pregnancies are an important research affecting pregnancy psychology. In the thesis, the psychological effects of these situations are included with the scale studies. The purpose of writing the thesis is to investigate the sexual satiety effect of the pregnancy according to normal life. In this thesis, it is predicted that this effect will affect 2nd trimester. In addition, factors such as the shaking of the self image due to weight gain and the inability of the pregnant woman to reach sexual saturation may negatively affect the self-esteem in the 2nd trimester. According to Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test result, Golombok-Rust sexual satisfaction and subscale scores are not normally distributed. Relationship frequency, communication score, satisfaction, avoidance score, touch, vaginismus, anorgasmia and sexual satisfaction among subscales do not show a normal distribution. Finding that there is a very low level of meaningful relationship between self-esteem score and satisfaction score in the same direction shows that there is a relationship between self-esteem and sexual satisfaction in the second trimester. If pregnant women do not have a medical problem, there is no problem in sexual intercourse during the 2nd trimester. Besides, in the 2nd trimester, it is necessary to pay attention to the communication of the spouse, the pregnant partner, to obtain information about sexual intercourse and to decrease the self esteem due to the body image of the mother.
