1. Autocratic attitude: this attitude causes some differences with the other groups according to the age of the teachers, the school where they had graduated from, the age groups that they have taught the most, and their satisfaction of the payment. 2. Democratic altitude: this attitude causes some differences with the other groups according do their experience and the age group that they have been teaching now. 3. The attitude of taking no notice: this attitude causes no differences with the other groups. By taking care of the results, the recommendation which have been existed are emphasized below: 1. While taking part at the nursery school teacher training departments as a student, the attitude tests, interview and etc. must be used a selecting method to the students beside the university entrance exam. 2. Students' consolidation services must be opened at the nursery school teacher training departments of the universities. 3. The lecturers of the nursery school teacher training departments must be qualified enough for both their experience and personality. 4. During the education program, practical methods must be used in the sufficient time. 5. The candidates at the nursery school teacher training departments must be supported by progressive methods in order to improve their personality.6. The males must be encouraged to be interested and choose the field of nursery school education as a job. 7. To became a teacher at nurseiy schools, the education at graduate universities must be obligatory. 8. The teachers at nursery schools must be paid enough to lead a middle-class standard life in the society. VI1.
