Özet
Etik siyaset ilişkisi tarihte toplulukların ilk ortaya çıktığı yıllardan itibaren tartışılan bir konu haline gelmiştir. Etik ve siyaset ilişkisi günümüz dünyasının da en temel problem alanlarından biridir. Etiği tanımlamanın güçlüğü, etik ve siyaset ilişkisini kurma noktasında çetrefilli bir durum ortaya çıkarmaktadır. İlk çağdan itibaren siyaset felsefesini etiğe önceleyen filozoflar varken, etiği siyaset felsefesine önceleyen filozoflar da olmuştur. Bu tezde Jürgen Habermas ve Zygmunt Bauman'ın etik siyaset ilişkisi hakkındaki düşünceleri betimlenip aralarındaki benzerlik ve farklılıklar gösterilmeye çalışılmıştır. Siyaset etik ilişkisini Habermas modern dönem çerçevesinde değerlendirirken, Bauman postmodern dönem çerçevesinde değerlendirmiştir. Habermas etiği önceleyerek, siyaset alanı içinden, dil çözümlemesini kullanarak, iletişim alanında etik bir çözüm üretme yoluna gitmiştir. Bauman'ın siyaset felsefesi etik üzerine kuruludur. Bu yolla etik ve siyaset arasında bir ilişki kurmaya çalışmıştır.

The relationship between ethics and politics has been a subject that has been debated since the first years of the communities. The relationship between politics and ethics is one of the most fundamental problem areas in today's world. The difficulty of defining ethics is a complexity in establishing the relationship between ethics and politics. While there were philosophers who prioritized the philosophy of politics from the first age onwards, there were philosophers who prioritized ethics for political philosophy. In this thesis, the ideas of Jürgen Habermas and Zygmunt Bauman about the relationship between ethics and politics are described and the similarities and differences between them are shown. While Jurgen Habermas evaluated the relation between politics and ethics in the frame of modern period, Bauman evaluated postmodern period. By prioritizing ethics, Habermas sought to create an ethical solution in the field of communication by using language analysis from within the political sphere. Bauman's political philosophy is based on ethics. In this way, he tried to establish a relationship between politics and ethics.
