Özet

Ülkemiz son yıllarda farklı ülkelerden farklı amaçlarla gelen milyonlarca insana ev sahipliği yapmaktadır. Dünya hızla değişmekte ve ülkeler son yıllarda hızlı bir felakete sürüklenmektedir. Bu ülkelerin ve coğrafyanın başında ise Ortadoğu coğrafyası gelmektedir. Ülkemizin bu zorlu coğrafyaya komşu olması olumsuz durumları da beraberinde getirmektedir. Yaşanan savaşlar, ekonomik problemler, siyasi baskılar ve sayamayacağımız birçok problemlerden dolayı ülkemiz son yıllarda Suriyeli mültecilerin yoğun olduğu bir göç dalgası ile karşı karşıya kalmıştır. Ülkemize doğru yaşanan bu göç dalgası sonucunda önlem alınması gereken birçok problem de ortaya çıkmıştır. Suriyeli mülteciler, savaşın ilk yıllarında geçici barınma merkezlerinde ağırlanmaya çalışılsa da savaşın uzaması ve göç dalgasının artarak devam etmesi beraberinde de birçok problemin doğmasına sebebiyet vermiştir. Bu problemlerin başında ise genç nüfusa sahip olan Suriyeli mülteci çocukların eğitimi aşmasında karşımıza çıkan problemleri olarak gözükmektedir. Eğitim, değişen dünya üzerinde bireylerin topluma entegre olma konusunda yardımcı olan ve bireylerin topluma uyum sağlamasını kolaylaştıran bir olgudur. Göçle birlikte ülkemizde sığınmacı olarak gelen Suriyeli mültecilerin de topluma uyum sağlaması açısından eğitimlerine ilk geldikleri andan itibaren önem verilmektedir. Ülkemizde bulunan yaklaşık dört milyon Suriyeli mültecinin, bir milyon kırk beş bin tanesini öğrenci konumunda bulunan Suriyeli mülteci öğrenciler oluşturmaktadır. Sayının bu denli fazla olması uyum problemlerinin ve eğitim açısından üzerinde durulması gereken problem durumlarının ortaya çıkmasına da sebebiyet vermektedir. Bu çalışmada ülkemizde mülteci konumunda bulunan Suriyeli öğrencilerin eğitimi aşamasında karşılaşmış oldukları sosyo-kültürel, ekonomik ve dilsel problemleri üzerinde durulmuş ve bu öğrencilerin Türk eğitim sisteminden en iyi nasıl faydalanabilirler bu aşamada mülteci öğrencilere nasıl yardımcı olunabilir sorularına cevap bulunması amacı güdülmüştür. Bu çalışmada hem eğitim sisteminin içindeki öğrencilerden hem de bu eğitime katkı sağlayan öğretmenlerin görüşlerinden faydalanarak durum tespiti yapılması amaç edinilmiştir. Bu kapsamda İstanbul İli Bahçelievler İlçesi Prof. Dr. Osman Öztürk İmam Hatip Ortaokulu Geçici Eğitim Merkezinde eğitim gören rastgele seçilen 200 tane Suriyeli öğrenciye sosyo-kültürel, ekonomik ve dilsel problemlere yönelik 30 tane 5'li likert tipi anketten oluşan sorular sorulmuş ve nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden biri olan Betimsel Araştırma Yöntemi kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Öğrencilerden bunlara içtenlikle cevap vermesi istenmiştir. Sorulan soruların cevapları SPSS istatistik programı kullanılarak elde edilen veriler analiz edilmiştir. Aynı zaman da bu okulda eğitime katkı sağlayan Türkçe, Matematik, Sosyal Bilgiler, Beden Eğitimi öğretmenlerine Suriyeli öğrencilerin eğitimlerinde kendi alanlarında karşılaşmış oldukları problemlere yönelik sorular sorulmuş ve cevaplar aranmıştır. Sonraki aşama olarak elde edilen veriler araştırmacının görüşleriyle yorumlanmıştır. Problem tespiti sağlanmış, uygun çözüm önerileri sunulmaya çalışılmıştır.

In recent years, our country is home to millions of people who come from different countries for different purposes. The world is changing rapidly, and countries are rapidly turning into a disaster. The Middle East is at the beginning of the geography and these countries. Our country's neighboring this difficult geography brings with it negative conditions. Due to the wars, economic problems, political pressures and many other problems that we cannot count, our country has been faced with a wave of migration in which Syrian refugees have been intense in recent years. As a result of this wave of migration towards our country, many problems have emerged which need to be taken precautions. Although the Syrian refugees were accommodated in temporary sheltering centers during the first years of the war, the prolongation of the war and the increasing immigration of the migration caused many problems. At the beginning of these problems, Syrian refugee children with a young population seem to have problems in their education. Education is a phenomenon that helps individuals to integrate into society on the changing world and facilitates the adaptation of individuals to society. With the migration, the Syrian refugees who come as refugees in our country are given importance from the moment they come to their education in order to adapt to the society.There are approximately four million Syrian refugees in Turkey and one million forty-five thousand Syrian refugee are students. The higher number of problems also leads to the emergence of adaptation problems and problem situations that need to be addressed in terms of education. In this study,it has been emphasized on socio-cultural, economic and linguistic problems of Syrian students in our country who are refugees and were intended to answer the questions how these students can benefit from the Turkish education system at this stage is how the refugee students can be helped.In this study, it is aimed to determine the situation by taking advantage of the opinions of the teachers within the education system and the teachers who contribute to this education. Within this scope, In Bahçelievler district of Istanbul a total of 200 randomly selected 200 Syrian students who are studying at the Prof. Dr .Osman Ozturk Imam Hatip Secondary School Temporary Training Center were asked questions that are composed of 30 5-point Likert type questionnaires about socio-cultural, economic and linguistic problems and students were asked to respond to them sincerely. The answers of the questions were analyzed by using SPSS statistical program. At the same time, questions about the problems faced by Syrian students in Turkish, Mathematics, Social Studies, Physical Education and English Teachers who contributed to education in this school were asked and questions were asked. The data obtained as the next stage were interpreted by the researchers.Problem determination has been provided and appropriate solution suggestions have been tried to be made.
